Fucking Twitch, from me too.

I've been lurking in this thread since it was first created, but never felt the need to post until this season. That's because in previous seasons I was happy just reading from other people whose opinions were almost identical to mine (especially, Littltimmy and Trixiego). And I had the same favorites as many other people here (Mark, Chelsea, Pasha, Jesus, Faina, etc., etc.)

But this season I seem to be completely alone: I have my eyes on Randi. When I first saw her, I didn't care for her at all, but once the competition started, I've been loving her work. Both weeks. People here are talking about how short or stumpy or limbless she and Evan look, but what I see instead is a lot of grace. I think she has a very musical command of her arms, hands and legs. Based on her work so far, I would not mind at all seeing her in the final 4. (But ... two weeks is not enough, and it remains to be seen how she fares in other styles. Maybe she'll disappoint me tonight.)

Brandon, Evan: competent, but I'm not impressed by either one. Do agree that Jason shows potential -- we'll see. Not willing to hate on Kupono yet, and no I do not dislike his personality at all. On the contrary, I love his personality the best. His solo was definitely a big disappointment, but I'm hoping that he will show him to be a little better this week ....

Agree that, after two weeks, none of them has proved outstanding, but overall it is a solid group. The women seem a little better than the men, as a whole. Also liking Janette, and I do feel that Kayla is pretty good. Have liked Ade's and naughty ballerina's work in both routines, but am waiting for them to get other genres, and thereby prove that they are not one-trick ponies.

Sure, I like Philip too. He doesn't deserve to be put in the same category as Twitch, Comfort, Cedric, Allan, etc. But, that said, he has no justification for sucking so badly last week. Hasn't it been three years since he first auditioned? Since he knew he was likely to be accepted this year too, he's has plenty of time to train in multiple genres and sub-genres, if going far into the competition and being known as a versatile dancer are both really important to him.
