I'm just shocked that they aren't going to try to pimp out counseling and a possible reconcilliation. They could re-renew their vows in a spectacular televised event. And do you think that one of them will get remarried when they need another ratings boost? |

I was just picking on you. I really don't like that she comes off all humble and hurt about her marriage when the whole show was about another freebie for
the family and her sitting there with botox and free boobs. I tend to believe that she is truly as bitchy and greedy as she has appeared in the past and that
she is trying to seem all sweet and contrite now that it is all crumbling around her. I don't care if she is boinking the body guard, cause if she is it
seems like it is after the marriage fell apart. I hate that she continues the show on the pretext of a documentation for the kids. I really think watching the
destruction of their family is worse than anything else going on.. and it seems to be all for the freebies..

I don't understand the critisizm about free crooked houses, the company probably wanted the exposure and will sell even more of the over priced playhouses.
Jon needs to quit saying his kids come first when it is obvious his selfish imature needs are coming first. I am also sure all his young little friends are not gonna be their for him in the long run. He is an idiot. It makes me sick to look at him. So can he take his beloved dogs to his one bedroom apt or is he leaving them too? |

Kate did her very best to shift blame for everything to Jon. She owns responsibility for nothing. I believe in the 5th B-day epi, she was asked point blank if she thought she'd driven Jon away and said no, she didn't think she had. Kate maintains that she did her best-what a martyr. I can understand Jon coming to a point where he just couldn't take another day of belittling, insults, criticisms, and controlling behavior-no one should have to live like that, not even a " reality show star". How could all the freebies in the world make up for a life like that? Jon really seemed beaten down to me. I can't even give him shit for feeling "excited"- maybe a better word would have been liberated. Another thing that really bugged me last night was how Kate constantly referred to the kids as "MY children"-good god, the woman won't give him credit for anything. |

I'm sorry, I know Jon's a whiny douche, but Kate is SUCH a fucking bitch. Oh, it took her until the builders showed up, to decide that the spot Jon had
chosen for the houses was wrong? She just happened to only notice it once there were people there for her to raise a fuss around? Bullshit. She let him clear
out that crap, knowing she was going to pull rank once it came time to actually build. And then, of course, it's his fault that the building time went
overboard, and she has to make sure to say that on camera.
And I'm so fucking tired of her martyr act. "If I have to do this on my own, so be it." You can tell TLC knows where their bread and butter is, based on how much focus they give her. My guess is that we'll see Jon less and less, and be treated to all of Kate's thoughts on what it's like to be a struggling single mom. |

The one thing that guy had right is that people should change the channel and stop watching this trainwreck. If everyone moaning and complaining about Jon
& Kate (me included) not doing anything for the kids but for their own selfish reasons would tune out, TLC would drop the show. Jon & Kate have 40
episodes at $75,000 each to get their shit together. End of story. I mean really who wants to watch kids after they hit that school age anyway. I think the cow
is running out of milk.

It has been interesting to watch the past few weeks. The network is doing a good job of making Kate look sympathetic. 2 months ago everyone was in agreement
about what a bitch she is and how pussy whipped Jon was. Now the tide is turning that he deserves every bit of ridicule she has dished and what a horrible
person he is. Still seems funny to me though, the kids are always stating their mother is mean, they almost never look happy around her, but that can't be
said about him. I think he is so relieved to get away from her he is giddy.

I used to be solidly Team Jon, but despite the work the show is putting into making Kate a victim, I can say that for me it's not the show that's made
me turn on him. It's everything that I've seen outside of the show. The apartment in NYC, the cheating, leaving bars at 2 a.m., THE CLOTHES, the pot
smoking...he's just looking like a massive tool. But none of that is making me buy into Poor, Poor Kate the Put-Upon either. They're both total
assholes. It's just that Kate's learned how to use the show to her benefit while Jon's not even trying.

Loved the Holiday demand she's made. I guess her kids' actual birthday isn't considered a holiday to her, because on that day she was tanning and shopping and/or had scooted off to NY for an interview (can't remember which now.) Raise the kids by herself? Ha! Since when?? Never has--never will. |

Way back in their older specials Kate once said that she worried Jon resented her for wanting to have another baby and he swore he didn't. I just don't
think that was the truth. I think he has held that resentment against her since the tups were born.
Why does he have to move away? Some magazine reported that he lived in an apartment over the garage. In the pap photos you can see there is a door with a doorbell by a garage. He could stay there and see the kids daily, but then he wouldn't be able to party. I'm sure we'll see him at all the douchey clubs now that the divorce is on. |

Even if Kate is the biggest bitch that ever existed -- I still really don't like Jon. You have kids, you HAVE kids -- you don't get to take them off
like a coat that becomes uncomfortable. If the parents can't stand each other, well tough shit, that's the bargain you made, and in this case there are
a LOT of kids at stake. If he didn't want to do the show anymore, if he wanted to live separate, all good stuff, but if those kids really did come first,
they would be the focus, not his need to wear douchy earrings and stay out until 2 am.

The underlying problem is having 6 kids at once. Nature doesn't intend for humans to have litters. America needs to stop giving money and reality shows and
free diapers and college scholarships to people who have unnaturally large numbers of children. If people had to try to find ways to pay on their own, and
failed, maybe other people wouldn't do the same (e.g. Octomom).
