Bissett will reprise her role as Jane Andrews Mancini - sneaky Sydney's sister and Dr. Michael Mancini's ex-wife - in at least one episode of the new Melrose Place, sources tell TVGuide.com. Two of Bissett's former Melrose castmates, Laura Leighton (who plays Sydney) and Thomas Calabro (Michael), are in the new nighttime sudser's regular cast. TVGuide.com

How could they not bring back the character of Jane, what with the only other two returnees being Sydney & Michael, and the primary story of the first season being Spoiler [+] Sydney's murder.

How could they not bring back the character of Jane, what with the only other two returnees being Sydney & Michael, and the primary story of the first season being Not to mention that Michael's son has blond hair. Not really sure when it happened, but I suspect Jane is now a mom. (Hopefully we'll get a flashback of Jane's life where we find out Kyle cheated on her and they divorced, she lost the house, got fired, became an alcoholic and got blackmailed for something) It just wouldn't be Melrose without something horrible happening to Jane.

EW.com has learned exclusively that Daphne Zuniga -- last seen on One Tree Hill -- will reprise her role as photographer Jo Reynolds in The CW's reboot of Melrose Place this fall. She'll guest star in at least two episodes; her character returns to town after enjoying success in her career as a professional photographer. Zuniga is the fourth member of the original Melrose Place cast to sign onto The CW's update; Josie Bissett, who played Jane Andrews Mancini, is also expected to make a guest-starring appearance this fall while Laura Leighton (Sydney) and Thomas Calabro (Michael) will recur.
