That would be a nightmare scenario for the Trumpster, because the rules say "if for any reason" whatsherface can not serve her full term they have to give the Miss USA crown to Carrie. That's they same way Shannanana Moakler got her title. Nothing in the rules that I know of about Carrie having to still be Miss Cali in order to take over. Will the new Miss Cali get to be Miss USA? Does it go to the 2nd RU? Will they give it back to last year's winner? Maybe Perez? This should be fun. Whatsherface for the MU win!
