I've been seeing the promos!
And I think I'm really going to like it. Kinda like 'Bring it On' meets... 'Secret Life'? Haha. Plus it's on Mondays right after Secret Life. Even better! |

I was thinking more of a "Stick It: the Series" vibe from this one. Are they just getting actresses with gymnastic abilities or will there be really
obvious stunt doubles throughout this entire show? Ew.
Still, gymnastics is usually one of my favo parts of the Olympics and Greek will be over so I'll probably need something to fill the schedule. |

I like family channel shows because they're on 50 times and the tivo will always record them. I'm also getting a Stick it vibe from this (even with
the girl they found on the playground). I think it's got potential. I'd assume they'd hire actors that can do gymnastics, there should be enough
out there.

Yeah I saw an interview the other day with Nicole Anderson - one of the stars - and she was saying she did competitive gymnastics for ten years. So that sounds
promising to me!

OK - more awesome casting news. Candace Cameron Bure, that's right, DJ TANNER from Full House, will be on the show! She's playing the girlfriend of one
of the gymnast's father. Def looking forward to seeing our DJ all grown up. :)

I'm watching. It was pretty good, I liked it.
DJ has not aged well, she's what, 35? I think it's that she stole her hairstyle from Amy from Secret life that's making her look old. The girls backflipping the gang $%$+$  But what was with the girl putting her keys and wallet on top of the gas pump, who does that?

This show is so bad, but like the show on before it, I can't not watch.
As a gymnastics fan, I am somewhat insulted that they would think those routines are world class level, but whatever. I also love the horrible editing they do to have the stunt doubles do the moves and have the actresses "land" them. The opening is also on my list of all-time cheesy openings for a television show. I'm hoping for a DJ vs. Roz showdown. |

Labor Pains was filmed to be released theatrically, but something went wrong with the distribution.
I think this show is infinitely better than Secret Life. Susan Ward steals this thing. |
