Cole Harkin's death just pretty much eliminated him... Right? Plus I'm starting to think his editing would have had some sort of %%@%@ by now he has gotten the same edit since the very very begining. There is no way Cole's death could have been set by a trap, but... here are some theories.. Does anyone think that Cole might have shot the sherrif to let JD out of jail? I know unlikely because he didn't seem like he wanted to kill people, but he was very interested in keeping JD out of jail and clear of guilt? Also do you think J.D. might have been shot by any of the gun brandishing folks by accident and his death might not be at the hands of the murderer? She was really rising in my suspect list. I think she could have had Madison lie for her ... told her to make the call... (The editing emphasizing her lying for Richard might foreshadow she would do the same for Shea). I know Urban Sprawl has covered this theory at length, but she seems like the judging type and might have some angel of god type psychosis. She wants to keep them on the island... finding Madison is the perfect excuse. She didn't seem too concerned about her dad dying or the fact that her husband was missing on an island with a killer. The only two things that really discount her as far as I can see is the fact that the stupid writers put the Wellington women and Danny in the hotel for the last two murders... I mean why would they even give them such a concrete alibi? Don't they want the viewer to be supsicious of everyone? I'm sure with some creative writing and maybe showing that the group got seperated at the hotel they could give those four the opportunity, but it's kinda doubtful. Also I know this is centered around Abby and I don't see any connection between Abby and Shea thus far, but I suppose their could be some big secret we haven't been led onto yet.. Well one things for damn sure they better explain how this shiz all went down in the final episode ala clue because without an an accomplice this killer is f*cking superman/woman.

Trish runs off as Henry approahces. JD falls onto Henry who lays him down to look for help. Abby finds him Henry finds Abby. I like your ideas AAAdam! I think you're dead on in that I could definitely see your description in being what transpired behind the scenes. I jokingly one time said the bride and groom were the murderers, and ever since they've been my primary suspects. This last episode didn't make sense to have Henry be the killer. Well, it did up until JD's last words with Abby. I don't think he acted like it was Henry who did it to him. I just couldn't place Trish though or what actions she would have taken to do the events in this last episode. Thanks to you I see how she could have done it. Henry is now number 2 on my list with Trish at number one now. Thank you Adam

I've seen it like 300 times! They are remaking it ... which concerns me but I have read it might be done as a drama and not as a comedy... another comedic version would pale in comparisson... and remaking it scene for scene would be a travesty.

He will explain the blood (i siad this earlier with spoiler tags) BY telling EVERYONE JD attacked him, he had to kill him in self defense. (the gun acendently went off...) He'll cry "I'm so sorry Trish JD killed your DAd...blah blah blah" Then some else will die.... mrs W or someone else useless. And Henry will get sympathy HENRY...."OH NO OH GOD JD wasn't the killer and I shot my bro waaa waaa...." Trish..."oh it's alright baby...shhh shhh he was troubled anyway " OH...and BOOTH IS STILL DEAD!

I agree with what others have said. He didn't like Chloe making a list of everyone that is missing and he was quick to hush her up. Because I think he likes to keep them all confused. He didn't want people getting shotguns and defending themselves. He was the first to want to stay and look for Madison and then again when they were about to leave on the boat. He spotted JD when I all I saw was a running blob. He comes off as this wus of a man (red herring). He even let his self be caught in the trap where he hung for hours. I hate to think it might be him because I love him! I could totally see him revealing him self as the killer, not having the accent, maybe being a person they all grew up with and never noticed, and that he is some how related to Wakefield. I also think it could be Wakefield's wife or sister... but only because of that one promo that showed some weird looking chick standing behind Abby and scaring the shit outta of her (in the tunnel maze thing) before the over voice of "one by one"came on.
