Wow.. worst choice of a winner since "Booger" on Big Brother All Stars. It's like they based his win on one picture. He's done more crap than
good.. Jonathan and Sandhurst both out performed him during the whole season.
I wouldn't look at anything he was modeling/advertising twice. |

Congrats to Branden. While I thought all three finalists could justifiably have won it, Branden would have been my choice. All three are pretty guys. The
things I think each had going against them were: Jonathan is fairly short, Sandhurst has those muscley thighs, and
Branden's biggest downfall was he was so young. But to have done as well as he did at such a young age (he's only 18 for crying out loud) he can have a
long and successful career. And of the three, his age is the one downside most likely to change.
But, I've no doubt all three will do well in the field. |

Branden's age is his best asset. Male models are trending younger and younger, but still not as young as the female counterparts.
Branden's win made sense, at least to me. His look is the most current: young and slim. |

I'm a little bummed that Sandhurst didn't win, because I have never been impressed at all this season by Branden. However, I had to admit that Branden
did a great job at the end. His pictures were the best he has done all season and his final runway walks were passable and he's definitely improved.
I will never get all the females getting vapors over Branden all season. He does absolutely nothing for me. Oh well, since Branden pulled it out in the end, I am okay with his win. The only disappointment would have been if Jonathan won. His closeup shot looked like he had a black eye, WTF? He just looks too old and too generic and his win would have been the only disappointment, so I'm glad he was cut first. I loved Sandhurst's closeup the best, followed by his full length shot. I hated that they put that stupid hat on Sandy in the group shot. Branden was the stand out in the group shot, by far. Yet again, my fave didn't win the end (no surprise, as I never can pick the winner), but . . . Branden >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Molerat |

Damn it but Branden grew on me during the last episode. I loved seeing how happy he was to have his Mom around, and I did feel bad for him when he talked about
wanting to have a son to actually be a father to. I still think Sandhurst and Jonathan are a lot hotter but oh well. I'm sure they will all have work
coming to them after this.

I don't see how Branden's face is any less generic looking than Sandhurst or Jonathan's.
I personally, think Jonathan and Branden are both the same generic type of model that's out on the market right now, and think Sandhurst would stand out over both. That may also come from the lack of good African-American male models to begin with. Seriously, other than Tyson Beckford, I can't name any other prominent African-American male model. |
