I never thought a contestant would annoy me so much that he would make me want to stop watching the show. What makes it so fun for me is watching the
contestants have fun playing the game, and Justin doesn't look like he's enjoying himself in the slightest.

The questions are too easy nowadays. Each question (OK, ANSWER) has three different clues in it to help the contestant.
I remember the days when a board was NEVER finished. Now, they always are. And those video clues are lame and pointless. |

Viewer alienation and avoiding it is the reason the questions are easier. No one wants to feel like a dummy for 1/2 an hour.

In retrospect, what could have the "answer" been with a subject of Cartoon Science other than something really stupid or easy?
Just my luck, I would have bet the farm and the answer would have been something about SpongeBob SquarePants. Christ, Trebek is an Ass. |

I think the lame FJ category is why the champ only bet $7,000. He was scared at what it might be and thought the new champion would bet it all and be wrong.

Wow. That was interesting. Hard to believe that they all missed the Hemingway answer. He was BIG in the sixties. Before the movement. Maybe Jeopardy was trying

Really hard FJ - I totally blanked on that. The rest of the game seemed really easy and then they threw that in at the end. I didn't mind the new champ - we'll see if he has any more personality than whoever that other guy was whose name I've already forgotten. |
