Probably because once Kim Jong Il is out of the picture, the whole country implodes on itself. There's no clear successor in line. But, I'm sure they'll just follow through Kim's goal of taking over the Korean peninsula, and annihilating the U.S.

I think it would be better if we just nuke NK back into the stone age, if we knew for sure China or Russia won't get involved against us. But, we'll probably just give them more concessions, sanctions, and the chance of more futile "six-party talks" just so they can stall them enough to build a nuclear warhead capable of reaching the U.S. I wish Obama had the balls to just obliterate them and not have to worry about them using their nukes on us or them selling nukes to Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, etc.
