Je Fa, I just don't know. That and another woman are the scenarios that my family favours. I'm not sure what is going to happen with the car, we have a
lot of financial stuff to straighten out but I told her that I wouldn't make any decisions for a month or so. I don't want to be unfair, but I

and hugs for Loki--no kidding about reaching out for real help--behavioral therapy or chemical. Someone I work with started having them, and with short term use of drugs and a bit of cognitive wizardry no longer has them. |

Aww sorry.
But I'm serious Loki, if you're serious -- the ER is always littered with panic attack cases. The doctors and nurses spot it about a mile away and they know what to do. There's no shame in going for a panic attack. When I went years ago the paramedic, this big beefy strong guy, told me, "You're having a panic attack. I get them all the time." |
