They're saying Osgood was pulled due to dehydration.
They probably didn't have a comeback in them, but the Hawks played stupidly in the second and third. Quenneville's reaction to the penalty at the end of the first was retarded. I don't know if it helped turn his team into a bunch of morons, but Chicago's string of penalties in the 2nd and 3rd was deserved. The trip on Hossa was stupid, but since it followed a slash and a crosscheck that the refs overlooked it wasn't surprising. During the 5 on 3 they also ignored a really obvious high stick behind the Hawks net. It was probably good they kicked out Versteeg and Eagers since they were on tilt and were going to either cause an injury or get suspended...or both. |

Oilers are serious and attract high level free agents and players. It's about time to break away from the fumes of the Sather glory years and create a new
