Why have they pushed the premiere of the new season back a week? Ugh! I was looking forward to seeing it tonight, and even had the VCR set to record. Then I
get online and find out it's not coming on till next Friday. Love the Mode After Hours webisodes with Mark and Amanda. Too funny!

Yeah my mom called me this morning and told me she was upset that UB wasn't starting tonight.
I didn't even know it was supposed to start tonight anyway, so no disappointment for me. I'm looking forward to next week now though. |

I'm still surprised they moved this to Friday nights. ABC is leaving this to die in a year or two. Too bad. It's a fairly entertaining show.

It was two good eps. I think they're inching towards Betty/Daniel cause they don't know how much longer this show has. Liked Meegan and Matt too.
They're such a-holes to Betty
And poor Justin
I just hope the ratings are good, ABC did a crap job promoting this after the buzz wore off and it doesn't get the props it deserves. Also, if this does well, they can totally move it to 10 and relaunch TGIF...it can become the new 20/20.

I wish they had done some follow-up with Justin at school. Is he going to be picked on like that for the entire school year? I really, really hated seeing
that. I love that Mark has a soft spot for the kid. I liked the reference to Betty's braces in the beginning. Her sister says something like
"isn't it time for those things to come off". The butterflies were so fake looking and that whole scene was complete filler and unneccessary to
the story line. Betty's ex is acting like a complete douche. Get the fuck over it already you big baby.

Got home so late last night that I could only stay awake for half. But I agree that it was a strong, and fast-moving (last?) season premiere.
Unfortunately, the ratings spake otherwise:, according to Zap2it: CBS averaged 8 million viewers and an 5.1 rating/9 share in households. FOX took second with 7.4 million viewers and a 4.6/8 share, while NBC (6.1 million, 4.1/7) took third. ABC's 5.7 million and 3.9/7 was good for fourth, and The CW took up last position (2 million, 1.3/2). |
