Can I come in here and be all fangirly with you guys? I wasn't going to watch this season and only started with the top 13 because I'm a good North
Carolina girl and heard a Clef Hanger was in the competition. But by the top 8 or 9 I was all about Kris. Love the guy and the Leno interview is all kinds of
adorable.
Now, as a lurker who has just come out to confess my deep Kris love, can I ask a few off topic questions I have been dying to ask? 1. Why do people on this board think that Danny Gokey murdered his wife? From what I have read, she died during heart surgery. How does that make him a murderer? 2. This is truly not a slam on Adam, I think he is very talented, but I just can't help wondering - why do people think his style is "current"? To me, he sounds so 1976, sort of AC/DC or Queenish. The beat boxer was more current. Is there a style of rock I am missing that Adam will fit into? How big a market would this style fit into? And finally, 3. If there are so many of these You Tubers out there that are so much better than Kris, why don't they get their asses down and audition for Idol? Thanks, I love you guys! Back to lurking. |
