The Australian Survivor final IC went down like this:
The final 3 sat in individual areas that were shielded from each other so they couldn't see what they were doing. They were each given fire-making equipment, and a lantern. When the host said go, they had to make fire, light the lantern and then hang it on the hook in their area. The object was to complete this task as close to 38 minutes as possible. I guess the challenge was trying to keep track of the time whilst performing another task. |

^ Yeah, except that challenge was really boring to watch. One guy hung his lantern after like 5 minutes and then later tried to pretend he was doing an Ian and
quitting so the other 2 could make up the final 2 and face the jury. He may well have done that, but based on how he played the rest of the season my guess is
he is just a dumbass that cant keep track of time.

Thanks to blistering, I was able to rewatch Thailand's fallen comrades and the best challenge of all time. It was even more epic than I remembered. Why

the final IC needs to be endurance. gabon's final IC sucked to the max. This past one was pretty cool, but it doesnt feel like a final IC unless its all
will-power and endurance.

Well said. I actually thought it was a good challenge (unlike most folks), even though it was inspired by the displays at the toy store in the mall. There was dexterity for sure but smart timing was important (I knew Erin was screwed when she put the 3rd ball in - it was too close). Survivor 5 was still the worst - the infamours hold the coins torture challenge. -QG |

I can't remember if Gabon had one but Tocantins had 2 they should have put it in the end The last challenge of Gabon and Tocantins are a bit the same with the regular endurance challenge because the immunity always goes to that last person standing not who's the fastest to make a puzzle or get correct answers..
