Allison's duet with Cyndi was brilliant.

Just got home at 4:54 am!! Only got to listen to Adam be interviewed live a couple of times. He is very tall, thin and handsome. I did get to quickly tell Allison congratulations. She is actually quite extroverted, smart, playful and energetic and I have no doubt she could pummel Gokey into mush if she needed to. I felt bad for Scott because he had to keep explaining to people why he didn't get a duet. They couldn't find someone else for him to perform with because Billy Joel cancelled so late. Everyone was really super happy and enthusiastic. Oh, man, Kris is short but most of the contestants seemed short to me. Adam, Scott, Megan and Anoop stood out as tall. Gokey was underdressed and looked sloppy.

Bottom line, it seemed like a lot of people in the music world really want to work with Adam AND Allison. I overheard some A&R guy say that Randy Jackson will have to settle for producing someone from the 5th thru 10th place because Adam and Allison have their choices of songwriters and people who want to work with them. It was odd that no one was talking much about Kris but I think that may be because his album will be more an AI engineered product and he's less up for grabs. But I also got the sense that people like Matt, Anoop, Lil, Scott and Alexis could wind up with albums and that Randy might produce Lil.

Oh and Kara was shooting off her mouth about how she wanted to write songs for the kids. Poor kids.
