Little Joel is so gay it is fabulous!
He and his future partner (older white guy) are going to run a small B&B. Joel will have those tense clenched teeth visits with his dad every few months. They will talk, but not really communicate. Mom will always tell her friends that Joel and his roomate/best friend are in business together. She will accept, with white knuckled hands all the trinkets Joel brings her from his many trips with Paul (I have decided his name is Paul). He will be close to his siblings and their kids are going to love Uncle Joel and his fun parites he throws and gifts he gives. He will dazzle and sparkle and be Super Cool! |

Kate Gosselin said she feels society has a responsibility to help with the children Stop right there. She knew what she was getting into with fertility drugs and the chance you would have a litter's worth. Raising those kids are her and her (soon-to-be ex?) spouse's responsibility. Society owes her shit. One can only hope that if TLC doesn't pull the plug on this mess that her behavior will drive the viewers away. She needs to be thrown in front of a goddam express train. |

As long as people are talking about her and watching this show - TLC will run it this trainwreck until it careens off the tracks. Sadly, Kate won't have
the common sense to take her life private and work it out without a camera.

LOL
http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2009/05/jon-kate-plus-8s-kate-gosselin-fakes-writing-her-book. Jon & Kate's' Kate Gosselin fakes writing her bookBy Zap2itKate Gosselin's brother says that she can add fake author to the list of fake roles she plays, including fake wife to Jon Gosselin, reports RadarOnline.com.In a follow-up to the interview that the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" couple are leading a sham marriage, Kevin Kreider and his wife Jodi explain how Kate's book "Multiple Blessings: Surviving To Thriving with Twins and Sextuplets" was entirely written by her estranged friend Beth Carson, who shares author credit with Kate and Jon. "It was Kate's life ..." says her brother.
Um, what? We question why RadarOnline felt that this was, in their words, an "explosive" interview. Many, many people, especially those in the spotlight who have incredibly busy lives to lead, use ghostwriters. On "The Real Housewives of New York City," LuAnn, er the Countess, de Lesseps even sits down with her writer on the show and details what she wants in her book. Is it terribly surprising that Kate didn't write her own book? No. What's interesting is that Jon never gets mentioned as a co-author and isn't on book tours. Beth Carson is credited on the cover. The only issue we'd have is if she weren't paid. Let's hear about that injustice, if it exists. Of course, this doesn't make Kate any less of a Katezilla! |

Slices of life: Author's first book a best sellerBeth Carson of Leesport co-writes a memoir titled "Mutiple Blessings: Surviving to Thriving with Twins and Sextuplets" about the events surrounding the births of the Gosselin family's sextuplets.
Leesport, PA - Beth Carson of Leesport wrote her first book, "Multiple Blessings: Surviving to Thriving with Twins and
Sextuplets," about sextuplets being born to Jon and Kate Gosselin. The book is a memoir of the events surrounding the births of the Gosselins'
sextuplets, combined with inspirational Christian messages, representing the faith present in their daily lives. Published in October, the book quickly
landed on the New York Times best sellers list, where it has been for the last five weeks.
Carson's love of children and desire to want to help out a neighbor led her to the Gosselins just a couple of weeks after their sextuplets arrived home from the hospital. "I didn't know Kate at all, I just knocked on their door," said Carson, who had read in the newspaper that the babies were born. At the time, Carson and the Gosselins were both residents of Wyomissing. After hours and hours of feeding babies together over the course of approximately one year, Carson and Kate Gosselin got well acquainted. One day, they discussed the idea of writing a book. The discussion led to Carson having an epiphany later that evening when she mulled their conversation over and contemplated writing the book. "I thought wait a minute, I have all of the facts - I have the background - I was there and I took a leap of faith," she said. While Carson, 42, knew writing a book was something she always wanted to do, there was some initial self-doubt. "I'm just a mom and I didn't even graduate from college - that planted a seed of doubt and I asked, who am I to write a book," Carson said. She also said she had always had an interest in writing, but thought her first book would be a children's book. Ultimately, Carson decided not to let her lack of formal training as a writer get in the way of one of her goals, and the next day she shared her thoughts with Kate. "Kate seemed relieved and happy when I offered to write the book since she knew I was so familiar with her story," she said. After that conversation they forged ahead with their idea and secured a publisher. The process of writing the book took about a year, and in order to accomplish the task, Beth and Kate checked themselves into a hotel in Lancaster for a few weekends in order to set uninterrupted time aside. "Kate and I would literally stay in our room for 72 hours and our husbands would take care of the kids back at home," Carson said. While Carson is listed as a co-author on the book, she makes each of their contributions clear. "They lived it and I wrote it," she said. Their shared Evangelical Christian backgrounds provided the foundation for the religious tone of the book. "This is a miracle - I felt a responsibility to give God the glory for that," said Carson, referring to the Gosselins' having six healthy children in addition to their twins. Carson said she felt an overwhelming responsibility to share the Gosselins' story, realizing it was a bit of a "calling" for her to write the book, and she had an objective. "I hope the book is an honest approach to things you don't hear in the show," she said, referring to "Jon and Kate Plus 8" airing on the TLC. Carson has made some occasional appearances on the show. Carson has been married to her husband, Bob, for 23 years and they have four children ranging from ages 9 to 22. Now that she has accomplished one of her life goals, being an author makes Carson feel good. "That's what I'm really proud of," she said. "It's kind of the American dream. Put your mind to it - little by little, day by day and in a year, voila." Aside from being a writer, Carson is also an accomplished artist, selling her work through word of mouth. You can often find her in her studio. "I use painting as my escape - it's almost therapy to me," she said. •Contact correspondent Courtney H. Diener-Stokes at lifestyle@readingeagle.com. |

Let me see... What motivates these two... Free tummy tucks, free hair transplants, free trips to disney world, whole shows dedicated to them on Oprah, freebies
for goodies from exclusive toy stores etc, kids clothing stores, etc... Oh, and a lucrative deal on TLC so that they can own a mansion on lots and lots of
premium acreage.
Do we really need a "victim" in all this? Well, Jon does readily come to mind, but let's face it, he made out like a bandit. He quit his job and got to spend three years off work, cast as the unemployed, underdog martyr and put upon minion of the evil bitch Kate. Jon should have stepped up two years ago. The fact that he was "outed" just a few short weeks ago as an "adulterous", wayward husband, comes as no surprise to anybody that tuned into this trainwreck of a show. Jon, honey, get a grip once and for all and come to the realization that your mispent youth is long past, and get on about the business of retaining an attorney that can get you shared custody of your eight beautiful children that need stability and privacy. We all make mistakes, but yours just so happened to be broadcast on cable television six or seven times a week. We'll see if he steps up. |

Hate the commercial for the new season; where they show the paps swarming them. It would be very easy to step away from the show/limelight/paps if they wanted
to. I don't feel sorry when people bitch about the paps and turn around and preen for them when they come out of Mr. Chow's. Clearly this isn't
about getting memories on tape anymore.

Saw some media types on Showbiz Tonight a week or so ago and they said the paparazzi would be worse if they stopped the show. The paps would be constantly
trying to find out what's going on and much more aggressive. By doing the show you disarm them a bit.
