It was actually good.
Renee Walker is now the female Jack. The prez gives up her husband and daughter in favor of her job. Tony is still alive and completely bitter. Jack has a second shot at life. |

Kind of ended suddenly.
Can we officially call this season the cast of Hotties! Renee, Kim, Chloe, Prez's Daughter, Evil Woman who worked with Tony. This season delivered on the hot tail. |

Did this main bad guy ever appear before the last few weeks? I'm finding this 'so and so was really in charge of the stuff Logan pulled' rather
lame considering Jack's brother was the guy shown to be in charge of that before. Unless this main bad guy was there and I'm just forgetting him. Great
finale, but I fear that this show is becoming too OTT for its own good.

This was quite the finale considering Season 6's. Only beef was the ending really. We all know Kiefer is the star of the show and is contracted for
season 8...so him dying isn't going to happen. If only Renee's door slam was the last shot...

A good ending to a Great season. Not perfect but you have to give a little now and then.
My complaint was the Hyundai product placement. You cannot tell me that the White House Chief of Staff drives a foreign car. Talk about a big flaw in the show. |

twas okay. The 'ending' seemed like a huge To Be Continued, with enough huge plot holes to compete with that tunnel where Tony and Jack got into the
other car. But that's - again - okay. I thought Kim was actually not quite useless, with the ol' stab the evil lady in the leg trick. Aaron rocks,
as usual. The administration is flat-out toast, but apparently the Prez will be back next year. Renee closing the door should have been the end, but again -
that's okay if next year it means Renee tag-teams with Jack... call it "48" cuz one day can't hold that much bad-ass.
The dream, of course, is that Jack wakes up but finds out that Kim died on the operating table while undergoing the surgery to save him. That would be, like, so cool. |

Great finale. Not my favourite (I loved the jaw-droppers like Terri's death, Mandy's return and the Jacknapping) but it was nice that they've
actually worked on repairing the Jack/Kim dynamic which has bene pretty much damaged since the start of S2 (with a brief detente in S3 but even then it was
strained). You just know that Elisha's stipulation for coming back was Kim being proactive and helpful
I loved that she helped out and brought up that
she used towork at CTU "Systems Analyst". I cheered at that and replayed it. Between the whole Kim subpplot and the frequent mentions of Terri
(and her namesake), Palmer and Michelle it really was a season about going back to the basics. Well done. Certainly tkaes the bad taste of S6 out of my mouth.
I was very happy that the Prez didn't cover up Olivia's crime even with the 1st G pressuring her. Be interesting to see where she is when next season starts. and yeah I was wondering how'd they wrap it all up in such a short amount of time. I like that Renee's story was still left up in the air. Sad that she choose the 'dark side' despite Jack's plea but we'll see. Either way I'm thrilled she'll be back. As much as I dislike the quieter final moments in finales this one was pitch perfect. |

Great finale! I have been a Prez Taylor supporter the whole season but if she had saved her dumbass daughter I woulda cut a bitch. I think next season her and
Ethan will be romantically involved.

Heh good question, now that you mention it, I can't remember if that took place either. I enjoyed the finale, I only wish they fleshed out the Alan Wilson character out a bit more unless he's coming back for next season. Even though Tony's storyline was far OTT (even by 24 standards), I get it and understand it, and at least he's potentially still in play next season. And I agree that the scene with Renee closing the door should of been the last scene of the season. |

The Chief of Staff (even one that's been out of his job for 6 hours) knows a TON of shit and could be compromised big time if some bad @*#$$ got a hold of him and went all Jack on him

- Presodent - glad she did the right thing. Fuck you Olivia Hairlip - you made your bed, you lie in it. But she's gotta resign first show next season. Seriously, the most corrupted incompetent administration ever on this show. Insiders fucking everyone over, her daughter doing shit during the campaign and now this. She gone. - Renee - I couldnt tell at the end, does she sort of smile when she closes the door? Still, hot as hell and glad she's back next year. - Agent Aaron Pierce - fuck Jack Bauer. Agent Pierce is the man. He fucking reeks 'Steadfast' and 'Integrity'. Love that shit. - Kim - what can we say. When she came back from the ticket counter - why did she sit right next to them? Sure, she didnt want to raise suspicion, but she could have picked up her cell and had a fake conversation while kinda standing next to them. 'Yes honey, you need to mash up some bananas and put it in the cereal. Little Teri likes it that way' or that kind of shit. - Airport - that guy went from lower level baggage storage to parking. Anyone ever able to find their fucking car at Dulles? Or at any airport? - Deathbed 'Conversion' - that was fucking stupid. So, Jack accepts Muhammed as his personal savior? I don't want to start the whole religious angle, but deathbed conversions are typically about asking God (whichever one floats your boat) forgiveness, not asking YOURSELF?!?!? So a little prayer with an imam who says 'now is the time'. Now is the time to ask yourself for forgiveness!?!?! I thought it was stupid and contrived and another 'yeah, we kill people on this show, but we wanna show you that we really love brown people at the planet'. - Will Patton - Alan Wilson - can play GW Bush. Looks a lot like him. - Tony - when he had Wilson, I was expecting him to pull an Ice T from New Jack City 'Bitch, I wanna shoot you so bad my dick is hard' - They need to mix it up - the 'shadowy rich white guys in suits' thing is a bit tired. And lame. Its like Walker Texas Ranger talking on that massive all encompassing neo-Nazi threat! - Was Kim looking a little chunky? I don't know what it is with her. Sometimes, she looks ridiculously hot and sometimes she looks like a cow. Which is it? - Fuck the producers for not killing Janine Garafalo. Yes, I'm biased because I think she's a detestable piece of shit, but her character really served no purpose. Chloe wasn't really on long enough and pivotal enough for the whole Janice/Chloe thing to mean anything and the little complimenty thing was 'whateva'. Although Jack's 2 bitchslaps to her were great. - Please Please Please let Season 8 be all about Renee. Hottest chick ever on 24. Jack 'gets' some nice ass - Connie Britton, Sarah Wynter and now Agent Walker.
