Then the rest of it I missed because the phone rang right then. Okay, so she says she's not with Max. Did any of them ask if she was paying him to "date" her just for the show? Would've loved to hear her response to that. Edited to add: Okay, wait. Just thought of something. She won't bring the dude she's really dating onto the show but she does bring her pre-teen daughters. Am I the only one thinking that the logic here is fucked up? During the Max-Max shoutmatch, Kelly DID say that she wanted him on the show to get him exposure, and the HWs were asking her why she'd go out with Max on a reality show and not expect people to ask their romantic status. Once again, Kelly contradicts herself. Bravo did put up some bonus footage from the reunion about Simon being gay and they showed the infamous spa treatment and slippers vids. In the end Jill said she doesn't think Simon was gay, so I guess he's not. ;P

I still think Silex is as pretentious as they were last season with the blow-up pool in the Brooklyn backyard and renting out a shack in the Hamptons. They still protest that they don't care about New York society circles but count how many invitations they get for "the season". What they lack in authenticity they try to make up with eccentricity, but it's not working.

I'm gonna have to watch that part of the reunion again, because I sure didn't hear Bethenny pipe up and say; Ramona, that is so not true. I guess Ramona's been saving that little toad up for nearly a year now and decided to pull it out of her arsenal after Luann told her she had crazy eyes. First of all, the kids are toddlers and there is NO toddler that behaves under those circumstances. Second, they're boys. Luanne's the only one with a boy and I'm sure he was just as rambunctious at 3. Luanne just wasn't there to see it, so we'd have to ask that nanny/housekeeper she's always pretending to be friends with.

But I do not believe that's how all kids act. I have two sets of 1 niece and 1 nephew. One pair knows how to behave, and the other doesn't.

Looks like her, same voice, same smile, same demeanor. Not as beautiful, of course. So assuming it's the same soul in two different bodies, I'll give you some insights based on my friend. Kelly is more stupid than she lets on. Without a doubt, she has someone proof her "articles". My friend with her winning smile copped a few good jobs in sales over the years. She always had someone proof her company emails and reports. I proofed a few of them, and was astounded at her grammar- it's like the third grade. I bet Kelly might have had a learning disability. Kelly could care less about girl friends. She out to score an ultra-wealthy husband. My friend was a real money hound. Her latest boyfriend was worth millions, but it was all in a trust because he was 94 years old. Seriously. And my friend is 45 or so. Never married, by the way. What else can I say? Oh, for social convenience, she has a girl friend, but she is more like a dog than a friend. And friggin' short and ugly, not to pose any competition in the man department. So we can assume that Kelly will use people for social convenience and show- but we know that already. Kelly also places a huge amount of importance on money, and likes to know that she makes more than whoever she is socializing with. Like my friend. BTW my friend IS a friend, but she keeps a rolodex and keeps a backlog of "friends" that she will pull out for various occasions. Very mercenary. So maybe I am being used. Or she thinks I have more money than I actually do. But i don't really care that much. Got to feed the hungry bee! Questions?

We hear the model, 41, who was excoriated by her fellow housewives for being shallow and self-important during the show's wrap-up chat session on Thursday, has been telling friends she regrets she signed aboard in the first place. "She realizes it was a mistake," a friend of Bensimon tells Page Six. "It has ruined her socially. She knows how bad she came off." Bensimon isn't the only cast member who ended the season at odd ends with the other women. Earlier in the week, Ramona Singer angered Bethenny Frankel by saying Frankel was still single at 37 because "she doesn't know how to date men who are proper marriage material." Bethenny was a no-show at the American Image Awards at the Grand Hyatt, where both Alex McCord and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps showed up. (Still, McCord, who brought husband Simon van Kempen, left before de Lesseps even arrived.) "They're definitely going to need some new blood for the next season because these women are all starting to hate another," laughs a spy. Singer also told People magazine of her experience with working with Bensimon, "I didn't enjoy filming with Kelly. There's just nothing there. There's something missing." Via a spokeswoman, Bensimon says of the claim that she regrets signing on, "I think that's laughable. I had a fabulous experience on the show. My friends love me and had a ball watching me." A Bravo flack tells Page Six, "No decisions for season three have been made yet. The show was up double digits versus last season. We're thrilled with season two and love each and every one of our New York City ladies." And maybe the less they love each other, the better for the ratings.

You'd think Murdoch owned the show the way that Page Six is always promoting it. KELLY Bensimon really is sorry for being obnoxious to Bethenny Frankel on "The Real Housewives of New York City," despite claiming otherwise on the show. The women got into a spat after Frankel sniffed that haughty Bensimon thought she was Madonna. Bensimon then called a one-on-one meeting and told Frankel, as she moved her hand from table height to above her shoulder, "You're down here, and I'm up here." But Bensimon later sent Frankel an e-mail: "I honestly owe you an apology." Bensimon lists several mitigating factors: 1) an ex-boyfriend "harassing me like crazy," 2) "I was late because I had to organize the girls to go to the beach," and, 3) "My driver who has been with me since I was 23 told me he had terminal cancer." The former model concludes, "I am horrified that I was rude to you." If only Kelly had said that on air, viewers wouldn't hate her so much.
