Probst was completely right from the first word to the last. He summed it all up perfectly.
Who I feel sorry for are the people who let their 'Sucks rage' blind them to the pure entertainment value of Coach. They missed out and will never experience another contestant like him. I hated Coach for the first few episodes. HATED HIM!!! It all changed when he became the DragonSlayer. Since then he has been a pure joy to watch. Thank you Ben Wade if you are reading this. It's the first time I've really enjoyed a Survivor season in years. It became a chore to watch with clones of the same people over and over again. I even bailed on a couple seasons halfway through and just watched the finale. You were a refreshing change. I started talking about Survivor again. I'm actually looking forward to next season. Hopefully it will be ASS3 so that people can experience Coach with a clearer mind and some perspective. |

You always need a good Villan and he was a very good villan, we all loved to hate Coach. As long as the villian doesn't win then the show is better off
for having them there. How much worse would Tar family have been without the weavers

It may be "dynamic" and "entertaining" to get a person with cerebral palsey drunk just for the fun of it, but that doesn't make it
right.

Sounds like JP wants Survivor to be dynamic Jerry Springer style. Is this the demographic of viewers he's really going for, people who enjoy watching
someone psychologically crumble in front of the whole world while taking a whole group of people along with him? People who enjoy emotional fights, verbal
abuse, and a host of crazy antics that make no sense whatsoever? Insulting.

ADVICE: Young actors in Hollywood, take the Coach Wade monologue and use it as your audition piece for any and every thing. Wanna get an agent? Lay that on them. Wanna book that commercial? Give them a yuppie version of Coach Wade. Wanna meet Spielberg? Get to work on Coach Wade and it just may happen. You can't go wrong with Coach Wade. ::vomit:: |

Probst is 100 per cent right on Coach.
Imagine a whole season of people like Stephen and Brandon? It'd be boring as hell. Coach and Tyson made this season. |

I don't like Coach. But personal feelings aside, the guy was so fucking delusional that he was a riot to watch. I'm looking forward to his
"performance" on the jury.

Love him or hate him, Coach provided more memorable moments than anybody on the show in years. He is an absolute must if we ever do another all-stars and if you saw him on the street you wouldn't be able to help yourself. You'd approach him so fast you'd lose your shoes.I wouldn't. At most he'd get a glance. |

A noted homosexual from England, popular in the eighties once said " When two tribes go to war, A point is all you can score". His advice was quite
sage, I must say. But those who really know me know I am a lover and a great competitor, nary a bit of hate in my heart. I love you all.

I agree with Jeff Probst. My 3 all time favorite players are now complete - Boston Rob, Rupert and now Coach. Different
Strategies, Different Levels of Integrity and Different Individuals to say the least but in my most humble opinion, and it matters nothing that anyone else
could care less what I think...I am a Coach fan and I was from the beginning. If I was to bet, it's probably gonna end up with Stephen winning and
that's okay. I'll know in 5 years who Benjamin Wade is, (and Boston Rob (and Amber by proxy) and Rupert) but no other name this season will remain in
my memory for any special reason. Coach pulled this season into one of the best and I thank him for playing the game in truth as "the person he is".
A far better person than many, many others...maybe they are just jealous of his self-confidence...he played to the best of his ability....why so much hate for
the man...as JP said, "You can't prove he hasn't done those things."
