I guess that I'm a little behind on the news, but this was the first I'd heard of Andy Hallett passing. Truly horrible news. Lorne was always one of
my favorite characters on Angel. The fact that he was so young only makes it more tragic.

No word on Twilight no. Though they still keep him in the recaps every month. I don't mind the wait. Lots of story to tell beside that while letting it
stew.
I'd love to see a Lorne tribute issue either here or in the Angel book. |

I hated Season 3 Faith. It wasn't until she was redeemed on Angel that I liked her. Loved her return in Buffy S7

I loved the fourth season, it's my favourite one. Yeah, Adam, Riley and the Initiative suck but that one has the best stand-alone episodes of any season.
And the best finale.

Yes, so sad about Andy Hallett- I just read about that recently.
Glad you're loving Buffy, Nightcrawler. It's an amazing series. The Riley days weren't all bad. After all they did bring the single best Buf episode ever in my opinion (HUSH) & while I wasn't a fan of the Initiative deal, I think in hindsight I guess they had to go there. And it had some very interesting moments. And I didn't hate Riley nearly as much as everyone else did. Season 8, in comic book form has been an interesting adventure. Ups & downs like everything else in the Buffyverse- but they did capture the voices of the characters very well. If you liked Buffy though, you should explore Angel's series next. I think you'll enjoy it- particularly if you were a Drucilla fan. She pops in now & again. :) |

Drusilla on "Angel" is the best version of Dru. Her rampage around town with Darla was one of the best stuff on the show.
