The only thing from the quiz that I for sure caught were the nicknames. Sawyer said Doc (4) times, (2) Blondies and (1) Ennis. That's all I have.

Took a bite of fruit rollup in taxi. 5. No - Minkowski 6. No - didn't see little Ben 7. No - Saw someone holding a drink at Sun and Jin's wedding but didn't see anyone drink. 8. For fuck's sake, who knows who's the leader. Seems to be Locke, but Locke ain't Locke. 9. No - didn't hear Locke say "I won't/can't let you.....) 10. No - damn it. Radzinsky, Chang, Roger, Frank and Ilana spoke. Didn't see Amy or Horace. Anyone? 11. Yes? - Jacob?? He was freaking everywhere. 12. No - Sun and Jin didn't say each other's name. 13. No - Sayid didn't kill.. Jack did. 14. No - I didn't hear Jack say any form of responsible/respect/duty? 15. I don't know who laughed. Someone check? Possible laughing when Vincent, Rose and Bernard were seen? 16. I have no clue. Anyone see the sun or moon? 17. No - No presumed dead folks seen. Presumed alive seen dead though. 18. No - None of the three said "love" 19. Kate - last to speak to Sawyer 20. Yes - saw Rose and Bernard, both said "we" 21. Yes - show started with Jacob in the ocean 22. No - Daniel and Charlotte were not both mentioned. 23. D - Neither destiny or fate - I didn't hear Locke or Ben say either word. 24. No - Frank and Miles didn't both die. 25. Yes - Christian, Claire and Aaron were all three mentioned. 26. No - Ben said the opposite "I lied. That's what I do" ;) 27. No - sonic fence area and dock 28. Yes - NotJacob to Jacob: "Know how badly I want to kill you?" 29. No - No Des/Pen 30. I don't know. Bernard and Sawyer shook hands. Sun and Jin kissed. Did Jacob shake Jin's hand? Anyone see hugs? 31. No - didn't see temple 32. Yes - Ben "seemed" to kill Jacob. 33. No montage 
34. B. Any other daytime (last scene) 35. No- Chang didn't lose his arm (yet.. if at all) 36. Yes - the whole group that left to follow Locke made it to Jacob's, noone died, was left behind or just left... I asked about the whole cabin thing before the quiz (what if he's not at the cabin?) and it wasn't answered. They all made it there and were seen outside the statue. I think this should be a yes. 37. E - Richard (first to mention life - "never seen someone come back to life") Blew 300 points there. 38. Yes the bomb exploded 39. No - Was anything changed without a doubt?? I'd say no? 40. No rain 41. 4 was on the vending machine. I think 8 was, too. (Jack hospital scene) On the sub behind the captain I saw 150.. The question said which numbers will be visible and 15 was visible. *shrug* Also saw 23 on the license plate of the truck little Kate was standing by. There were numbers all over the place that I just couldn't keep up with. 42. E - Inside a Dharma station? eta - thanks DNCMJ.. I'm gonna bold the ones confirmed/verified by another poster.

OK, I'm mostly only going to list the ones that don't seem certain yet -

(I guessed yes) In fact, I don't know why we (meaning ME) never thought of this, but maybe he never loses his arm, it just turns into a gimp arm he can't move? Either way, he didn't actually lose his arm this ep 36. This is a toughie. I was gone after around 4 so unable to answer Felicia's question - of course being a non-spoiler I had no idea they wouldn't be going to his cabin but the foot. The fact is though I put "Jacob's cabin" in the question, as much as I wish I hadn't. The un-parenthesesed part is fine, but then I go and say "have to be within sight distance of Jacob's cabin" in the parentheses, which of course didn't happen. Even though based on just the question it probably should be "yes", because of my clarification in parentheses I have to lean towards "no" as the correct answer, but I eagerly await Fluffy and BAON's take on this. 37. E - Richard right? 39. No - Nothing was changed without a doubt. That bomb exploded and it might've changed the past, but as far as we know it could've been what always happened (like maybe the explosion wasn't as big as they were hoping for or the electromagnetism and being so far below ground somehow muffled it or something, for an example) 41. The Swan station hadn't been FULLY built yet. I still consider it a station and, even though I didn't even come close to getting this one right, I told
Felicia last night that the answer has to be inside a Dharma station. BTW, IMO, I don't think we can declare the Swan a station in one instance (how many
stations will be mentioned by name) and not in another.

To me, if the Dharma initiative was referring to it as a station, it is a station. They called it the Swan, so we should think of it the same way. I would
get it wrong either way, so I have no axe to grind.

Same here, got it wrong. The Swan was a station in the last quiz so why isn't it a station now?
I still think 36 should be YES since the whole group made it. That was the whole point of the question. The question wasn't will we see the cabin. And as you said, you had no way of knowing where they would find Jacob so the word cabin doesn't have much meaning to the point of the question to me.
