So Jacob was always Jacob, he didn't change form or anything. And the being that was usually Christian (or other people like Ekos brother, Charlie etc.)
was the anti-Jacob, or Locke this season. And the two have been at war with each other. I think thats what i got out of it.

Jacob went through so much visiting Losties that I can't believe he didn't have some idea of what was going to happen. I think it's possible
everything is still going according to plan. What better way to get dark Jacob to let his guard down than to have him think he has successfully gotten rid of
light Jacob. Or not. I'm really clueless.

I really hope Locke is dead and gone forever, because I hated his character for the first 4 seasons (he was just too annoying). One of the reasons I speculated
that this Locke was not Locke was because I was actually starting to like him.
Now Hurley is the only character left that I want dead. Make it happen, season 6! Although I doubt it, because people think he's "the loveable funny one." |

According to Lindelof, season 5 "is about why [the people who have left the island] need to get back
And we're left with All the Losties who succesfully changed their fate felt compelled by Locke (on behalf of Smokey) to return to island since Smokey needed Ben to come back, as he was the only one who could kill Jacob. Am I missing anything? |

Alright so I'm gonna run with this Jacob vs Smoke Monster thing a little bit.
So the episode begins with Jacob arguing with anti-Jacob about bringing people to the island. Jacob wants other people on the island, while anti-Jacob is against it. I think that is still happening to this day, just with Jacob vs. Smokey. After this opening scene, we see Jacob visiting all our Losties and giving them a push in the right direction. (What was his line to Jack?) I think Jacob is in control of everyone getting onto the island (like the people on the Black Rock, flight 815, flight 316, etc.) Somewhere in time, anti-Jacob is somehow turned into Smokey, but still is against bringing people to the island. That's why Smokey has killed so many people. He attacks anyone he believes doesn't belong on the island. That is why Dharma needed a fence to keep Smokey out (which the Others later used.) I think the only person Smokey has let live was Ben, and that was when he was working with Locke to kill Jacob. (Smokey also let Locke live once, but eventually tried to kill him the next time they met.) |

ok-so did Jacob just visit the people from Oceanic 815 who are currently on the island in '77? I don't get why?? Also, we technically don't know
if anyone died; so EOnline LIED about this "emotional deatch". I'm not reading that page again. I guess we can assume maybe Juliet and/or Sayid
died but we don't know and from what I read, we would actually see the deatch.
