And gotten it back? We accidently had the movie in the sleeve and a video game and returned it.... I called but am really doubtful that we will get it back.

I returned the DVD-R copy I made of one of the DVDs instead of their DVD. I didn't ask for it back.

At least they credited you... the video game is worth $50. I really doubt I will get it back though or a credit since it is my fault.

Netflix has a FANTASTIC customer service group. I have lost movies before and told them I never received them and they resent the movies to me....I've had
my dogs chew a disc to death and I have returned it and they haven't said anything. I've used netflix since 2005, and I love it. Best customer service
EVER. I need to learn how to DVD-R movies, that would be great. Can you even do that with Blu Ray?
