If we had a season where the edit was focused on Eric/Danielle's beautiful blossoming relationship and how it was challenged by the evil heartless beauty-queens, I'd agree with the low-ranking. Also, E/D winning was the only 100% spoiled ending since the Linzes, so there was at least a way to get used to it - TK/Rachel was a horrifying upset which was worse than Season 7 being mostly about Rob & Amber. and TK & Rachel were complete entertainment deficits. upon rewatching the season (omg I managed to have the steel heart to do that), I realised they have to make OTHER teams edited to make way for their win to look good. just take a look at Ari & Staella (the donkey costed them the race), Lorena & Jason (Lorena's milk meltdown lost so much time they never caught up), Shana & Jennifer (the sudden focus on them consistently bickering more on their eliminating leg), Azaria & Hendekea (the sudden airport scene where they didn't get along in their eliminating leg), Kynt & Vyxsin (the sudden argument in the car on their NEL last place in Italy), Nate & Jen (the worst of their bickerings in Taiwan). which ultimately made TK & Rachel looked as good winners becausezzzz they r coolzzzzz, calmzzzzz, collectedzzzz..... If they win this season it'll end up being worse than any of Eric & Danielle and TK & Rachel. in my opinion. because I really don't think Luke deserves it. Last Edited By: methylc 05/10/09 4:51 AM. And this discussion has completely ignored how vile Jonathan/Victoria are - no-one should even consider giving them a higher score to place M/L lower. People shouldn't be allowed to forget how creepy and disgusting those two repulsive examples of humanity were to watch.

People shouldn't be allowed to forget how creepy and disgusting those two repulsive examples of humanity were to watch. Jonathan provided enough hilarious non-creepy moments to balance out the awfulness (plus, he has the "shitty season" excuse - apart from Adam/Rebecca, every team I liked more than them got booted earlier than they did) - as uncomfortable as his Victoria-interactions were, his interactions with everyone else were hilarious. Luke/Bob have been just as nastily aggressive, but with no redeeming entertainment value - and received an OTTPP ass-licking by Phil in the process. There's never ever been a team so nauseating - even if they'd only lasted 3 episodes, they'd easily be worthy of the Bottom 5. I don't get Victor hate, since he hasn't done anything at all since Romania, except having an annoying voice. He's not quite boring enough to hate but not interesting enough to root for.

Margie and Luke provided no entertainment whatsoever yet people on the other forums like them because THEY ARE SO FUCKING INSPIRING !!! I look down to them in every way possible, as human beings, deaf people, a mother and fucktards. What makes it worse is that the incident in China, Kisha and Jen took the TOTAL blame and no matter how hard the producers edit they can't hide all the bullshit this team has done towards the season. They say they are competitive by U-turning Amanda and Kris but they decide to be total hypocrites and go against Tammy and Victor's competitive spirit in the next leg. Oh and Kisha/Jen took the blame for the U-turn so fuck them. I can say more but I don't have any more thoughts in my mind. Please tell me you agree :D.

I consider him the biggest casting mistake of all time, a person with zero entertainment value, all he provided was material to make my skin crawl. And admittedly, the most satisfying elimination ever - I remember watching it with my Mum and when Phil said it, we both jumped off the couch and started pumping our fists in the air, dancing around ecstatically. But that doesn't make up for how unpleasant he made every previous moment of screentime. Margie & Luke come nowhere near being that nasty, and I can think of plenty of teams who are just as nauseating - the focus on them is annoying, but that's the fault of the editors who love their disabled underdog stories rather than the team itself.

The focus on his disability is only about 1% of why he seems like such a shitty person, with a grotesque mother. If they were genuinely nice, the schmaltz would just be annoying instead of repulsive. This season three teams this season are widely disliked, even more than TAR10, where I guess Romberly were the default choice)
