174. Taj - SurvivorFanGP (Tocantins)

Like with the rest of Jalapao, I didn't get to know Taj very well. But she was still a bitch, as far as I could see. She hated Benjamin "Coach" Wade, which of course hurt my feelings. She refused to talk to me when she was on Timbira and when I was on Jalapao. She bashed me in public forums and wasn't really a very fun character. I didn't follow the game very much post-merge, but pre-merge, she just seemed boring and angry all the time.

173. Shannon - snowydayze (Lost/Heroes)

Shannon was super sweet and when we did talk, she was incredibly nice to me. I had no problem with her in that sense. The only thing was, she was totally useless and I was frustrated at her presence in the game the whole time I was around. Shannon constantly made things difficult for me simply by doing nothing at all. That annoyed me to no end. If she had been trying to complicate my game, then I would lift my hat to her and applaud her skills. But she wasn't trying to do jack shit. She was just sitting around being worthless, making me paranoid and preventing me from securing a solid spot in the merge and almost beating me at several challenges. It was because of Shannon that I was never able to rest easy. And she helped make for a pretty awful Final 2, being the only person Claire could possibly beat in the jury vote. Had she just not been in the game, it would have gone so much better.

172. Kate - snowydayze (Vertigo)

Snowy's owning this bottom part of the list, isn't she? Sorry, dear.

I didn't last very long in Vertigo, so maybe this ranking is a bit unfair. But Kate was very, very close to being the first boot of that game. She just hadn't connected to anyone and Danielle at least had a couple of friends despite being the easy vote. So when she was nominated alongside me in that first round, I actually wasn't worried. Kate was leaving, and my first ever attempt at a gimmick was going to last a little longer. But then the Power of Veto competition was held, and Kate came out of nowhere to win. I was throwing the damn thing, thinking I didn't need victory. Kate hadn't shown any real skill. But bam, she takes home the PoV, removes herself from the block, and all of a sudden I'm screwed. Kate gave me what was my worst placement thus far at the time, and she did it all with no effort. She wasn't doing anything at all until the night she randomly won the challenge. Even Danielle and her incompetence were more impressive than Kate for the first couple days of the game. Bleck. I've run across many Kate Austens in my ORG experience, and this was easily the worst of them all.

171. Chunky Kong - ReximusNiko (Bowser's Castle)

At the beginning of Bowser's Castle, I thought Chunky would end up becoming one of the more highly ranked characters on this list. But my, oh my, is that not the case whatsoever. Because it turns out Chunky was never my in-pocket sheep. I thought he was an inactive do-nothing, but I thought he was my inactive do-nothing. Turns out he was bashing me behind my back and set in motion the chain of events that got me booted. Which makes him an inactive do-nothing that sunk me. You might not know this, but I don't particularly like those types of players. Chunky never showed up for challenges, and if he did, he didn't stick around for the elimination. He was always pre-voting and never doing any talking. And somehow he managed to coast to the Final 2 without doing jack shit. In fact, the one time Chunky was most vulnerable was not because he was being targeted, but because he was trying to quit! Chunky wanted out in order to save his ally from being evicted. But he managed to fuck that up by posting too late and so was stuck continuing onward in the game. Poor him. I hate quitters, and I hate do-nothing fucks who make the Final 2 just to lose in a landslide vote because they're so fucking useless. Pretty sure Chunky won the least deserving member of the F2 award at GTS this year, and he totally deserved that recognition.

Despite all this, Chunky is not at the very bottom of my list because Reximus really is a nice guy who didn't claim to be any sort of decent player. Still, ugh at Chunky.

170. Debbie - Unruly Discharge (Tocantins)

It's always absolutely shocking when I don't get along with UD in a game, but Tocantins was certainly one of them. Debbie hated my Benjamin "Coach" Wade schtick and she made it known. She rarely talked to me and eagerly pursued my removal from the game. Considering she was quickly blindsided and didn't leave much of an impression on me beyond her hate for my character, it's easy to rank her so low. All I really remember is that she hated my guts. And it's not like UD isn't going to be raking in some very impressive finishes on this list by the time I get to that point in the rankings…

169. Elle - jensamember36 (The Nightclub)

Okay, let me start off by saying that there are times I liked Elle. At the very beginning of the game, I thought she was absolutely hilarious. After the game was over, I liked her. And when I went to dig up her avatar, I went to her confessional and saw she had it subtitled "Hope it gives you hell," and that song is totally catchy (I'm listening to it right now =O ).

But I have to give Elle the shaft in the rankings because for most of the game, the chick pissed me off. Her gimmick was funny at first. It quickly got old. And she never varied it or added anything new to the persona, so I got pretty sick of it. And what really got to me was when she started using her façade just to avoid talking to me. At first, I just saw communicating with her despite our schtick gap as a challenge to overcome. How do you talk to someone who's pretending to be retarded when you're a robot who can only communicate in complex clauses and takes everything literally? We figured it out, but before long, Elle was just pretending to talk to me, period. I don't mind people not working with me, but at least talk to me, you know? Nothing pisses me off more than people avoiding conversation, especially when they're being as blatant about it as Elle was. Turns out she actually hated me the whole time (or at least pretended to in her confessionals, I dunno if it was legitimate), and I'm well aware everyone wanted me gone, so I know why she was giving me the cold shoulder, but it annoyed me and really helped fuel the sadness of being outcasted despite having the most wonderful gimmick ever.

I do love when the F2 goat gets 3rd place, though.

168. Jack - Cuauhtemoc Gilmore (Vertigo)

Shocker? Dunno. But I didn't get much of an opportunity to talk to Jack. And when I did, he annoyed the hell out of me. I can't even remember much about his social game with me now, so it's hard to say why he's so low, but rest assured that I did not like the guy and was shocked to find out at the end of the game that this had actually been my first reuniting with CG since poody's All-Stars. I do know he pretended to be stupid, but I guess it's not fair to hold that against him, since I was playing as Danielle as all. I remember checking in every once in a while and seeing him still in the game and even coming out in public all angry and whatnot, and I was surprised because I had him pegged as early boot fodder.

Besides all that, his post-merge avatar is ugly, I think. It helped me hate Jack more.

167. Darrah - burton27 (Pearl Islands Redux)

burton27 is always super nice in games, and Darrah was no different. It's just that, you know, Darrah should not have made it as far as she did. Taking her out of the game took the most monumental efforts from me, and I barely pulled it off. And considering D was booted pre-merge only to return to the game in an Outcast twist where the two least deserving Outcasts were voted back in because everyone tried to throw their votes, it's stupid I had to work so hard to eliminate her. She was just a major pain in the neck the whole time she was around, especially because I don't think she was big on the huge, powerful power players. It was so hard to control her and keep her where I wanted her. And I had to pull off this crazy move at F6 to finally send her packing. It's not that I didn't like her as a character. She was kinda boring and lame, but she was nice. I just had to work way too damn hard to get someone like her eliminated, I felt. She was supposed to go for so long, and it took for-freaking-ever to get it done for good.

166. Cindy - LKMOSCAR (Stranded: Aruba)

Oh, Cindy. Cindy was fucking crazy. And not the good kind of crazy. She was Bob Dawg crazy. She came into Aruba trying to control everyone and everything. She made an alliance, like, 10 seconds in and thought she was in charge right from the get-go. She pissed everyone off and alienated every potential ally. I have no idea what game she thought she was playing, but it wasn't Survivor. Needless to say, Cindy was quickly booted. Unfortunately, that boot occurred in a twist vote, which allowed her to stick around as an Outcast who would eventually return to the game at the merge. Or, well, it would have. But Cindy hadn't done enough damage to her reputation, not yet. No, she had to cheat several times, breaking the rules of her Outcast status until she was finally removed from the game for good (and replaced by Misty, causing all of old Caquetios to claim they were screwed by Cindy's removal). It was all just very absurd and silly. If you look at it objectively, she's almost a comical character, but when playing with her, it didn't feel comical, it felt annoying as hell. When she returned for Partners in Peru and was the first boot of her tribe despite being one of the most active, I thought it served her right and was absolutely hilarious.

But looking back, I really do feel bad that stupid Christa decided to target active players when her tribe had two or three no-shows. That must have made Cindy really feel like shit. And she was amusing in Aruba, in retrospect. So the fact that she's up at 166 instead of lower in these rankings reflects my sympathy.

165. Erinn - ts2 (Tocantins)
Wow, Tocantins is really being slaughtered in this update, huh? Well, that's what happens when you guys make me rank a season I didn't put my heart into or talk to most people in. Especially when I rank it right after it concluded, so I don't feel much nostalgia and am unable to remember it more fondly due to lacking recollection.

Anyway, Erinn was just no fun in Tocantins. Her social game was absolutely atrocious. I thought it might have just been with me since, you know, Benjamin "Coach" Wade didn't have the best social game either. But judging by the complaints of others, no, Erinn just sucked at talking to people. She would give one-line messages and had nothing interesting or amusing to say, ever. She wasn't that bad, as you can see since she's #165 and not something even lower, but I really was expecting ts2 to be a phenomenal social player, considering my interactions with her in the past where she's been so nice and personable.

Plus, I think the picture of Erinn that graced her post-merge avatar makes her look like a 10 year-old. Oh, and Erinn hated me. She helped save me repeatedly, so points for that, but she was yet another player who did not appreciate Benjamin "Coach" Wade, so no points there.
