It's so sad that Ryan is such a sucky character now. I remember wanting to skip school to stay home to watch him interact with Gillian, his first wife(?), or at least his first dead wife whom he never talks about. He used to be a trouble maker. For the last 3 to 4 years (even before his family died, he was lame/wrecked). For a guy who lost 2 wives, a sister, a brother, he really lives in the present by not acknowledging their existance to his own kids/family/friends.



I hate how AMC has made so many characters suck by making them stupid so that they're oblivious to the secrets that drive so many of AMC's stories. Ryan has suffered so much over the years that it's really hard to make him good again. Poor Greenlea died, but she was also ruined as well. It's too bad AMC ruins good characters and/or characters with potential. (See Zach, Kendal, Bianca, Krystal, Aidan, Greenlea, Nu-Greenlea, Babe, Nu-Babe, Dixie, Adam, etc.)

Thanks Phuz for the update. I might watch to see her again. Willy, notice on Soap Opera Digest's cover it doesn't name the characters shown. In previous issues where "One of These Characters Die" was the tag line, it would name the characters who were potentially going to die. I remember when Bold and the Beautiful killed off Darla, it had pictures of Brooke, Ridge, Taylor, Darla, and another person (or two) on the cover, with the name of each character inside the picture. When I saw what SOD did for this issue, where it said "One of These character's die" and when I saw that none of the characters shown was named, I was fairly certain what was going to happen.

This death and murder mystery still won't be enough to get me to watch again, though, so I was just wanting to know if the kill had happened yet. Seeing the person Phuz mentioned might be worth tuning in for, since it will probably be her final episodes as well. Kind of like when Greenlee died this time around, I didn't watch until her mom, Mary, showed up. Since it's a soap, and this murder has a twist, the body will be found at the cliffhanger part of Friday's episode. The twist, or reveal, of who really died, won't come Monday even. Probably will be the cliffhanger at the following Friday.

I missed Kwak being in the Chandler Manse. If Kwak (you're talking about Kate, Dixie and Tad's daughter who lost both the parents who raised her for the first six years or so of her life as well as Julia who was briefly her foster mother before she too was killed, then we know who our killer is going to be. She'll have overheard that someone blaming Adam for Dixie's death, (again, another parent of hers whose dead, regardless of her never knowing her), and pick up the gun that Tad dropped (see above for Tad being an awful parent much less out of character) and killing the person she blames for her biological mother's death.

So many soaps have pinned the murderer/killer/attempted murderer role in many mysteries on little kids of main characters. Like these characters on other soaps (Lizzie GL, Luke ATWT, Will ATWT, Bianca AMC (history retreading itself? okay, she only shot and nearly killed Dmitri, and she did (not?) kill a drug dealer too?), Emily GH (2 or 3 people), Chelsea Days, Jessica OLTL, Starr OLTL, Michael GH, etc.) so I'm glad to see that AMC is looking to continue to break new ground most likely. If I am wrong, I will apologize, but it looks really telegraphed without even seeing Kwak in the parts that I watched that she will be responsible for whichever of the Adam/Stuart duo is dead.
