She's probably exactly what they're looking for. She's a 17 year old girl like Miley or Demi Lovato or whoever but she's got a more rock edge. They have their pop princesses but they could market Allison to a different audience of teenagers, as well as other demographics since her music wouldn't be the pop shit coming from that horse face Miley.

She did not give Simon the finger, but she did say he was asking for her sass last night and she basically ignored him and sang to the other judges. Oh...and during the group number she pushed Gokey in the chest really hard and almost off the stage. Too bad it wasn't a little bit harder...

That year Melinda was the obvious talent (ala Lambert) and Gokey the no-talent ala Blake (def. not as creative as Blake for sure, lol). Jordin came out of nowhere to win that shiteous season and that was what I was hoping for Allison who to me is/was the most interesting/marketable female to come out of this shitty show since Farmbot.... I blame the tone deaf motherfuckers voting for Gokey....

You have a point, but it begs the question: just exactly why did the judges give Gokey latitude that they wouldn't give to Allison? Why did Paula keep pushing for a Gokey/Adam F2? Why do they think it is a wise business decision for Gokey to get anywhere near winning?

Her "rock edge" on this show won't help her since they will make her sing the same old shit they were making those other ladies sing. She will need to stand out, and it won't be easy. Best of luck to her anyway. She was on the wrong season.
