her Jowls are like like because they left them loose to account for swelling, she still has surgery to undergo and part of that is tightening the jowls. they
showed a pic of what they expect her to look like in a year and its not bad at all.

I think she looks amazing! Her lips are fuller and she has a great nose - they must use some of the bones for the transplant. This is incredible!
