I think they make them wait to check in for the cameras till the team in front is done with Phil.

If they had to wait, Check-in Times would be effected due to Phil being in chit-chat mode with an earlier Team. Besides, Jen and Kisha would have seen Jaime and Cara at the Mat if it were real close and would have known they were the last team to arrive. Seemed to me they still had hope until Phil told them.

I think Jen was just ill-prepared for the constant pressure and the alien environments. When she cried so pitifully last week "I just want to go home!", I knew they were done. She had seemingly lost the will to persevere. They got through another tough challenge this week, but then were undone by the need to pee. Anyone who has felt the pressure/pain of a really severe urge to urinate will know that you simply MUST give in. There's no option. While lots of us think we would have just peed in our clothes and kept going, perhaps the stigma of that act would have been more painful to Jen than losing the chance at a million.
