Certain teams come in first often and win like a million trips. Do they seriously recieve all those trips that would last a person a year?

I believe they get to keep them and can use them anytime they want. There's a certain time frame that they can use them though.

I think they can take them at any point over a certain amount of time. Plus who knows if they win enough they may give some to close family or friends.

I remember the first leg of TAR4 had three teams arrived first in tiebreaker and they had a prize courtesy from American Airlines, which was the show's
sponsor prior to TAR7.

I read on wikipedia that Colin and Christie gave one of their trips to the first team that got eliminated in their season.. Nice - get eliminated first from the show straight off, spend a month at some resort, and then buddy up to the winners and get a free trip. |
