Social skills and the building of relationships with other castaways have been used very effectively by a number of people in order for them to progress further in the game. I was wondering what everyone's opinions are of the best social players we have seen on Survivor.
Just off the top of my head, here are a few that I would consider to have played brilliant social games:
Parvati (Micronesia) - Used close friendships and cliques throughout the game to ensure that she was always in the majority and would receive enough votes from the jury to win the million. Her social skills and flirting are nearly unmatched in Survivor.
JT (Tocantins) - The season hasn't finished yet, but even if he doesn't win, he still should go down as one of the greatest social players in the game. Everyone in the game has professed their love for JT, and he remains the consensus pick as the most trustworthy tribemate even though he has been one of the most strategic players in the game.
Tina (Australia) - Preached the "good people should outlast the evil" theme (reprised by Sugar in Gabon), and ensured that Colby picked her for the final 2 over a goat.
Cirie (Panama) - Played a great social and strategic game twice. Parvati just outplayed her socially in Micronesia, probably due to the differences in age.
Who else has played a great social game, ensuring they go far?
