I've been watching that show "Life after people" about what the earth will look like after people are gone, and what will survive 10,000 years.
Not much, except the Stone mountain sculpture and now, the Georgia guidstones.

Not much, except the Stone mountain sculpture and now, the Georgia guidstones.No Mount Rushmore? Is Stone Mountain more protected from the elements? I wonder what could be gleaned from our society from the Stone Mountain sculpture and the Georgia Guidestones. I think I'll go carve my name in one of them so I can be a @@%@%@* in 10,000 years. |

Apparently Stone Mountain is a solid boulder of granite, the largest exposed granite hunk in the world. Mt Rushmore is, I dunno, playdoh or summat.

I read something about the guidestones in a book called Weird Georgia, which is actually a pretty cool series of books that document oddities and curiosities
across the land.
You could always also check out the Coral Castle in Florida City, Florida, built by a Latvian-American man over the course of nearly 30 years after he was jilted by his fiancee. This is supposedly his tribute to her, and was apparently several decades worth of therapy. He had no help and very few tools. I think he started it in the 20s.
