Ack OK. This isn't the same thing the guy I worked with had. My co-worker had whatever condition old men like Dick Cheney get. I think the guy in the video
has some kind of parasitic worm that causes that. I saw an even worse video where it can effect all sorts of body parts. Face, scrotum, stomach, legs. Millions
of people in Africa and Asia have this to various degrees but they are working on a cure. Horrible.
