Okay, guys, let's refresh: Okay, presents! J/C and L/M arrive at the Narita Airport in Tokyo after T/V. Thanks to RFF, we know that the flight they were on was scheduled to arrive at 1:50pm. The only earlier flight, which T/V had to have been on, was scheduled to arrive at 1:05pm. That flight left 45 minutes earlier than J/C and L/M's at 8:45am. With a 12-hour pitstop, we can probably expect teams to finish their TBC around 7:00 - 8:00pm, giving them enough time to make it to the airport and book their flights, but not enough time for J/C and L/M to snag the first one out. Once the spoiler landed in Narita, she saw T/V, meaning they were still there, buying tickets at around 2:00pm. They had not yet taken the bus to the Narita airport, but it can be speculated that J/C and L/M had, since they were not at the ticket counter and split from the spoiler after exiting the plane. Again according to RFF, there are multiple flights from Narita to Honolulu, with the earliest departing at 6:45pm and the earliest arrival at 6:30pm (Hawaii time). If all the flights from Beijing to Narita are on schedule (as seems likely since all three teams were spotted in the airport), with another four-hour bunching point in Narita we should expect to see all three teams on the same flight to Honolulu. This known bunching point would help support the spoiler's assertion that none of the teams were in competitive mode. What it doesn't explain is where J/C and L/M went after the flight, unless they had already booked tickets from Narita > Honolulu and were heading over to the Narita airport, and it doesn't explain how J/C know T/V were feuding, unless it was during the Pit Stop rest. Expect T/V to place 1st next leg and get the initial flight to Narita, but get bunched with J/C and L/M on the final flight to Hawaii. |

ETA: The flights hit Hawaii after 6:00pm, but on that day sunset in Honolulu was at 5:48pm. The final mat is at a golf course, so it's bound to be in the day time. Looks like after the flights we may get another bunching point where they have to wait for something to open the next morning. <3 |

If the flights to Hawaii don't land until nearly 6pm Hawaii time, then there has to be a bunching point if the race is supposed to end at 11am. That alone
changes everything because it all comes down to tasks and outrunning each other, which we know T/V can beat M/L after the F5 elimination leg, but I don't
remember if we've seen C/J in any footraces thus far.
I love how one moment T/V are almost secured as winners and the next minute it is back up in the air. I hope that what has been deduced is true so we can have an unpredictable finale!!! |

The finish line is on a different island, so there's probably a helicopter ride that bunches and/or separates the teams (like in TAR 11). M&L are good
racers, but usually T&V are better, and I can't see them fucking up the last part of the last leg. J&C will likely finish this race without any
first place finishes.

Well good thing there is a bunching point, I just couldn't see a finale with T/V leading the whole way through. I know Luke is fast, and so is Margie, but
I don't think Jaime/Cara are faster then both the other teams, they've said numerous times they hate running.

GO BE BLACK RACIST SOMEWHERE ELSE BITCH.Go try to grow facial hair, you prepubescent fag. Bunching would be good for television, but are they really going to make people wait overnight just to film the finish line in the day? |

Didn't they pretty much do that for Charla and Mirna and we ended up with ERIC AND DANIELLE winning?

Jaime & Cara talking about not getting a first then to be let down at the TBC pitstop reminded me of the Linz' family. GETTING FIRST WHEN IT REALLY
MATTERED! /glimmer of hope/delusion

Yes, you and the rest of Ginger fans are hoping for a bunching so they can win but you know what's going to happen.I've been rooting for Tammy/Victor to make the finals since Leg 2, since it was really obvious they or Margie/Luke were the only teams who had any chance of winning even back then. I even thought Dandrew had more of a shot of winning than Jaime/Cara do since they didn't have such a one-dimensional edit (not that there's a winners edit - but there is a huge difference between a David/Jeff edit and even the TK/Rachel edit) Charla/Mirna doing the best ever finale airport maneouvring then getting doomed by lots of running </3 |

I thought we all agreed that editing means next to nothing (unless it involves accidentally revealing placement) on this show?

I thought we all agreed that editing means next to nothing (unless it involves accidentally revealing placement) on this show? Based on edit alone, there were obviously more contenders than T/V and M/L, but it was more than the edit combined with logic and spoilers made it pretty clear contenders like M/M and A/K had no chance. |
