Let's see... based on the five murders we've seen, the killer (assuming there is only one) is able to tie people up under boats, is strong enough to slash people in half, knows how to rig a hanging rope on the ceiling of a cabin, has access to gasoline cans and matches, and knows how to rig a shotgun to fire when a door is opened. Does that rule anybody out? I'm going to say it rules out Madison and Malcolm the Fat Guy.

Reasons it could be Mrs. Wellington. Based on Deaths.

1.) Cousin Ben would have trusted her enough to follow her wherever.

2.) Uncle Marty. I'm sure Mr. Wellington has told Mrs. Wellington his plan. She sees Uncle Marty threaten Mr. Wellington and boom kills him. Plus this is a fictional show we are suppose to believe that a woman has strength.

3.) The preacher. . . .she was pissed that she didn't get a scone. So she kills him then finishes off his scone.

4.) Kelly - She learns from Henry that Kelly thinks Mr. Wakefield is still alive. Plus she wants to frame JD and have focus on this for now.

5.) Lucy. Mrs. Wellington is allergic to dogs and best friends with Brandi M from Rock of Love. Instead she torches her "Megan".

6.) Hunter - He threaten Mr. Wellington and she needs him right now to stay alive. Plus Hunter might have second thoughts and come back which would ruin her plans if she wanted to kill Trish.

But My biggest theroy on Mrs. Wellington is. .

sorry, laughing and pointing at anyone using logic to how and who the killer could be based on mechanics and it making sense in reality. It can always be justified, or just not mentioned.

Henry seemed pretty suspicious tonight, but it was all deflected as jealousy -and you just know he's a perfect shot with that gun and skeeting -and will be revealed later on and how he threw that. Thought the killer could possilbly die around episode ten or so, but pretty sure it'll be Henry, Trish, Abby running around trying to escape Jimmy- but surprise! it's Henry!! if only Abby's dad the sheriff could save them but he's been knocked unconcious, and Cal's trapped in some closet or hanging upside down and poor little Madison is Danny Torrencing it somewhere in a dark bedroom.

Okay, I think we can kill off Robert and Mrs. I don't have a first name Wellington together -but their affair is discovered and thought they ran off together. Shea cries but tells Trish it's important for her wedding to go on.

On the short list in biting it -Mrs. Wellington, Robert, Beth, Maggie, Bartender chick, Booth and Malcolm.

Surviving: (think a lot of you will be disappointed that a lot more people survive than you think) Abby (a duh), Jimmy, Madison, Cal and Chloe (surviving her death scene in the second to last episode), Trish and maybe Shea. and even JD and the Sheriff.

Lasting a long time -Sully, Mr. Wellington, Danny (episode seven or eight)

Red herring suspect to go next: Shane. Maybe another episode of milked suspicion. Episode five seems the right time to exit stage left.

If Henry as the killer is correct then I think he will stab Trish during the season finale and admit his love to Abby. Abby will have a chase scene and fight Henry off, Henry will be hurt emotionally and want Abby dead. Henry will then be close to killing Abby before Trish, who didn't die, kills Henry and makes a cheesy comment like "I've had a change of heart" or "Consider this marriage annulled." They will then find Chloe hidden in a closet and have a 3 way (Abby, Trish, and Chloe) while dead Sully's hidden girl's room camera films.

I still think it's Maggie. She was mentioned in this episode stirring stuff up, but maybe it's because she's bored and hates these people.

I'd be pissed off too if I looked like Maggie.
