That black peg at the end could be to hold it firm in the ground when they get to wherever they're going or maybe there's an opposing peg that's
hollow that it has to slide into on another board.

donutsrule wrote in part:That was my thinking, but I haven't figured out if the board with holes ends up vertical or horizontal when installed where it goes. It does seem that one board will be "three holes" or more widely spaced, and perhaps the second board will have the arc of circles where something has to go through both boards---- attaching the boards in the correct position will be part of the puzzle maybe. I like Birdlady's idea of having to fit pipes through the holes to fashion a water course and fill a bucket to win. |

I'm thinking it's some sort of puzzle, just maybe cube shaped rather than a flat table puzzle. And then maybe if it's put together right they have
to get something through the holes maybe?

If they hadn't shown her making the fake idol, they would have had to come up with another reason for her to have taken back the idol from Stephen and place it in her bag. |

JOE told Erinn he found the HII (Taj's fake one) but siad he left it burried back a Jals camp. (he didn't bring it with him to the merge)
It could have come inot play but JOE was medvaced. Also Erinn could then tell the old tims that JOE had it but it was left back at old Jal. Thus they would not think Taj or Stephen had it. |

Except that Joe has also said in interviews that the parts where he was questioning whether the idol was real or not were cut, and that he even asked Probst
about it, but that Jeffie couldn't confirm or deny it. He said he was 90% sure that the idol he found was a fake. The question is - did he ever get to tell
Erinn it was a fake?

The significance of the fake idol is that Erinn doesn't know Taj and Co have it. She could tell Debbie, Tyson, Coach that Joe had it. I think we could see
the reason why it was shown tonight. Sierra might be told that Brenden was targeted because he has the II and didn't tell Coach. Sierra will then say
well Taj and Stephen have the idol from their island - Coach will be worried, however Erinn will tell Coach that Joe had it. Sierra would have reason to lie
given her predicament.
