With Kim Locke & Syesha, they were up against the 2 most popular contestants of their season. They wouldn't have made it final 2 anyways.

Random Thnoughts:
Lisa Leuschner -- not screwed. Couldn't advance out of the worst group in Idol history. Jasmine Murray -- I thought she sang better than all of the other girls in the wildcard except Tatiana. Not really screwed though, she did get a wildcard spot and lots of facetime. America just didn't like her. Kris Allen -- You can make the case he was screwed simply because he got no screen time at all--the judges almost didn't advance him to the semi-finals and made him sing for it. Plus the producers have not showed him shirtless enough on the show. He has excelled despite of it. Alexis something from Season 1. RJ got an undeserved wildcard from the judges just because they were looking to balance the sexes. |

Seriously! He is in a much better place than Anoop, Lil, and Matt. He is SO OMG CUTE!!!!111111 that he gets fans because of this. If he looks like Patrick Lake, he will NEVER get in. The judges have NEVER gone out of their way to screw him with insults. And yes, he's been seen shirtless once - in that clip when they all jumped into the pool in the Mansion (Michael Jackson night). KEEP KRIS OUT OF THIS. YOU WANT TO SCREW HIM =/= THE SHOW IS SCREWING HIM. |

I agree, that so far, Kris hasn't really been screwed over by the producers. Kris did get a rough deal in hardly being featured in the audition rounds and
hollywood, but so did Ricky Braddy, Felicia and Allison and quite a few contestants before them. Ever since he made the top 12/13, he's been treated pretty
decently. Not being featured might have even helped him, because he didn't have expectations to live up to, like Lil, Matt and Anoop did. I do think that
Kris was the one most scewed by the 2 judges format, but Simon kind of negated it with calling the performance "Brilliant" the following day, which
Simon didn't have to do if TPTB were really out to get Kris.

I'd say maybe LaKisha belongs in this thread. First, she was screwed by OVER-praise when she did "And I Am Telling You". Simon told the rest of
the girls to pack their bags. That praise for what was a good but not unbelievable performance set her in a position where she had no place to go but down.
Then they repeatedly blasted her for really strong performances on "Jesus, Take The Wheel", "When You Believe" and "Staying
Alive", all while licking Jordin's anus. It's no wonder KiKi couldn't win...

I'm sorry Teenagers don't vote for minorities? Over the first 3 seasons of Idol only 2 contestants who made it to the end were white! Diana, and
Justin were mixed race while Rueban (who won) and Fantasia (who won) were not teenage friendly artists. Oh and those same teenage girls didn't have any
problems voting for Jordan, Melinda, Lakisha, and Sanjaya. ABSURD
Jasmine and Lil were clearly protected artists this season all those big voiced white girls that showed up during auditions CUT. Tatiana Del Toro and Stevie Wright two singers who could have hit it big... producers/judges manipulations. They didn't tell Jasmine to sing something young and hip which killed Stevie's chances. And they hid Lil's stank attitude from the camera's while playing up Tatiana's godesssness. Oh and don't even get me started at how Felica Kendal and Kristen were all screwed out of a wild card spot as well as Ju'ont Joyner. |

I'm tired of hearing about Tatiana getting screwed! She had a good voice, definitely better than Lil's or Megan's, but maybe if she really wanted
to make the top 13 she should have SANG A DIFFERENT FUCKING SONG!
Besides, she was bat shit crazy and really only good for entertainment value. Probably would have been one of the first gone from the finals. |
