It Was Rape TRACY, Calif. - Prosecutors say they're considering rape and molestation allegations against the woman suspected of killing an 8-year-old Northern California girl and putting her body in a suitcase. Twenty-eight-year-old Melissa Huckaby was arrested Saturday on suspicion of kidnapping and murdering Sandra Cantu. The girl was a playmate of her 5-year-old daughter. San Joaquin County Deputy District Attorney Robert Himmelblau said Monday that a homicide charge against Huckaby could include the special circumstances of rape with a foreign object, lewd and lacivious conduct with a child and murder in the course of a kidnapping. Himmelblau wouldn't provide more details. Huckaby is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. Sandra's body was found in a suitcase in an irrigation pond last week. |

They were looking for wireless video equipment in the church. There was speculation that she is a pedophile and that she taped it or broadcast it live. I hope

I vaguely remember a judge about 5 years ago commenting on a violent case perpetrated by a woman. He said woman are not violent, but when they are, they are batshit insane violent. There was a bit of a media uproar about that. Just waiting for ol Nancy Grace to take a break from TOT MOM (now subject to the death penalty) and lay into this Huckaby bitch. As for our missing little girl, things do not look good. Police fucked up and they know it. She went off with an unknown woman after school. The police refuse to call this an abduction because the girl went willingly. No amber alert ever issued. Ground search called off and things are in temporary limbo. I hate children but I feel horrible for the parents. That other one, Haleigh Cummings, seems to have dropped off the radar. A little too poor and trashy, I guess. P.S. ---> What the fuck is up with playing a Michael Jackson song during Nancy's obligatory KAYLEE IS AN ANGEL IN HEAVEN NOW montage??? |

I was trying to get caught up on this before work today . There is so much more to this .
She lied to the cops about teaching at her grandfathers church . She was teaching at another church with a certain male .....cant remember his name yet . But the cops still have his car . I will look for the link where I found all the updates . Dont ever say this bitch is sick . Thats a way out for her . |
