In any case Brendan's reason for not running into the woods is because he wanted to lay low for now. How fucking hard is it for Taj or Stephen to walk up to Brendan to ask if things are solid between them? Instead they prematurely assume the worst and try to stick a knife in Brendan.

I spent this morning watching the episode and scratching my head, wondering what happened to the alliance and what the hell these idiots were doing. The real question is, why wouldn't they all be jumping on this thing? The four of them banded together just needed to vote together for the first post-merge tribal council. If Stephen-Taj-Sierra-Brendan voted one way, you could almost ensure who they picked would be gone. Even if Debbie, Tyson and Coach voted together, and Joe voted with Erinn and JT, the Exile Four were clear. There is almost no way the non-Exile members would've voted together. This is just so ridiculously stupid I cannot fathom it. It's even the safest of all alliances - both sides have a partner from their original tribe, so no one can feel like the odd one out. All this proves is that they're too stupid to deserve the cash.

He is weak in the challenges (even Taj kicks his ass in them) he never tries to make a move, he waits to back into something. Taj picked him for that stupid alliance because she was smart enough to recognize that he is too stupid to work behind her back. One of the reasons why I hate him so much is because he can't think for himself, look at every challenge, he has to look at the other tribe to see what they are doing. He is the geek in school who would look at your test because he is either too dumb or didn't study himself - he would get a punch in the face for that. The way he bumble fucked when JT found the idol was pathetic..." JT: look, I found the idol! Stephen: " uh, duh, ooohh, uh, I'm fucked....."
