You know, he doesn't have wings. He can't just flap his arms to reach the destination mat. He has to physically travel there along with everybody else. And wouldn't it make sense that he's traveling with the first-place team so he can get to the finish mat first? While the teams are completing their tasks in the final destination city? Tammy/Victor are the likely winners. Deal with it. And I'm not even a T/V fan.

I don't think Luke and Margie have gotten enough air time, so that probably means they are the winners.

People here may have hated Mirna, but the general public seemed to hate Eric a lot and didn't really like Danielle either.

Likely. But to be corresponding with them? That'd be a conflict of interest. There are radios between Phil and his video men with all the other teams, as well as the cameras set up at certain tasks already. They cannot risk a team getting an unfair advantage of hearing a destination before they get their clue for it...

Granted, since they've done so well on the race, I won't be surprised to hear that they're not, but to be allowed that close to Phil? I think they are.

Margie & Luke are obviously getting the Lyn & Karlyn/Charla & Mirna edit, most with the, "I'm deaf and I still finished the race!". Therefore, I predict them finishing in third place. Since Jaime & Cara are on the same flight as Margie & Luke, and their third place finish is for real, Jaime & Cara would be second place. Then I predict either the dark horses (Kisha & Jen, Mark & Michael) or the dominators (Tammy & Victor) winning this season. But Margie & Luke can easily be second place, and Jaime & Cara could win this.

They prop up the teams they want(like Margie/Luke) regardless of where they finish. They'll ignore boring teams like TK/Rachel even if they accidentally happen to win. Just get it over it already, people.

Thus, the "winners edit" is simply that which keeps us tuning in each week. It really does not matter to the editors who wins as long as there are interesting/intriguing story arcs that viewers crave for.

I'm also guessing she said some really nasty things about every poor country they visited. I also think we were supposed to feel sorry for Danielle like we were for Zach.

If this was a TAR7-era TWoP-style dictatorship, I'm sure there'd be more of a consensus. Didn't say we had to have a consesus. If you read, I said we shouldn't be bitching about the winner(s) in the spoilers thread.
