Bono is a great addition. I knew at least one of those cops was going to get it near the end but both?? Inluding the pretty one?? I always enjoy Sam's interactions with Annie. "What's sushi?" :) I also love when his mom shows up.

If I didn't know it was ending soon, I'd be more pissed, but with only two episodes left they both can easily linger til the end. And didn't we see Imperioli back on his feet in a preview for next week?

The script was rewritten, with permission of the original creators, to remove the "unsatisfying" ambiguity of Sam's story in favor of a "mythological element" and "deeper mystery" Philip Glenister and John Simm, stars of the UK version, had been approached for lead roles in the series, but had turned them down, partly due to family commitments, and partly due, in Glenister's case, to a fear of becoming "a nutter in The Priory".

I believe there was even a scene where you could see (in the background) a newspaper article about his death (drove into water during a pursuit).

This is an exceelent show, and I'm drawn into it. Quick question: had they showed those micro robots before, or was that just for this ep? Too bad this is ending before it got a foothold, but there're too many procedurals floating around these days I think. I would've thought that if any idea could catch the Medium formula for success it'd be this.
