He's the #1 vote getter each week.I don't think Adam has gotten the most votes the last two weeks at all. I can't begin to figure it out, but America loves Gokey. On MJ week, I think Adam pulled lots of votes from the "average viewer/non-fantard" who votes for whoever they think did the best, and he ranked close behind Gokey on dialidol. But this week his dialidol ranking fell to middle of the pack with ROF. I loved his performance (not a complete fantard yet, but falling deeper into the ROF each week), but he freaked out many people and pissed off others this week. If Adam wants to win (and I think he does) he's gonna have to rein himself in more often than not, because he can't win without the "independent voter". Just ask John McCain how that works out. It sucks, but so does this show.

While I can understand Simon's criticism of indulgence I thought he really showed off his vocals and while he's never been my favorite artist, I was
really impressed with his interpretation and the crazy notes that he can hit.

I'm new on this band-wagon but I have been looking around, all over the internet, and it looks like to me that Adam and Danny are almost equally popular.
Any thoughts? By the way, I don't vote but if I did, it would be Adam. If they are the final 2 I'm thinking I'll probably have to vote like mad to
keep Gokey out!

Isn't THAT what matters in this show?I've only watched a few episodes of season 5 and all of season 6 before this year's Top 36. I quit because in this show, the quality of the vocals seems to matter less than 3 or 4 other things that make up Kara's stupid "package artist." You'd think that one of the four stooges could have mentioned the vocal interpretation. But no, throw in a few lighting and camera effects and they lose their ability to hear/think? Jesus people, he was standing completely still the whole damn song. He did all that crazy, mind bending shit with his voice! I think Randy Travis looked a bit pissed at Simon during his judging comments. Wish I could read lips because it looked like he said "what is he (Simon) doing..." or something. I'm fairly indifferent to most of the contestants and can't muster much hate for them, but I have absolute SEETHING HATE for this show. Is there a thread for that?

Adam is definitely a force this year - very polarizing. On iTunes his ROF has generated over 1300 ratings/comments. Danny/Kris/Matt G are each appx 270.

I keep watching the Dilana vid. I loved both seasons of Rockstar. I can't believe that we only got 2 seasons. *cries*
I would have loved to see Adam on Rockstar. Dilana love, for sure. btw, the crazy attention whores on Rockstar were so much better than Tatiana.
