2. Adam 3. Kris 4. Matt G - Pretty good, but I wish he didn't choose a Carrie song. 5. Megan - Cough Cough!! This girl is entertainment gold <3 6. Little Rounds -  at Simon.
7. Wife Killer - Easily his worst vocal/performance AND outfit. 8. Trollison - Same old husky mumbling. 
9. Alexis - Ouch. I figured she would crack on the high notes. 10. Sarver - Didn't catch a word. Terrible. 11. Scott - GO HOME NOW PLEASE!!! Bottom 3: Alexis, Micheal & Allison Bottom 2: Allison & Micheal Going Home: I wish Allison, but I'm going with Sarver. |

1. Anoop - this week is best of the best, the audience love him since his eventual join in top 13 shortly after the ending of top 12.
2. Adam - love that guy even he gives the chance to stay the competition 3. Matt - slightly good voice 4. Megan - this girl is so coughing, even she could check her lungs 5. Deadwife Killer - his voice looks good 6. Lil - her voice is so good every week 7. Kris - slightly good performance without the guitar 8. Scott - even his piano playing and his singing voice looks different in each weeks 9. Allison - good voice but no one to take chance for saving the result 10. Michael - boring song choice 11. Alexis - this was the worst, having some pitch problems, the song pick reminds me of Brooke White's Jolene during Dolly Parton week of AI7. B - Anoop/Adam/Megan H - Anoop/Matt/Megan G - Adam/Scott/Kris Fixed.

1. Kris - he really is the consummate artist and musician on this show. He knows how to sing, and how to arrange a cover song. I can honestly say he is the first AI contestant I would ever actually buy an album from. And tonight he was goood. 2. Anoop - who knew he had it in him? It is written. . . . . . . Solid Land 3. Allison - she was all right tonight. I've liked her a lot better. She was seriously solid, but miles below the other two. 4. Michael - I hate hate hate hate this song, especially in the context of a vocal showcase. But he was way better than Josh, and way better than the rest of the crap going on tonight. . 5. Matt - I will give you that the performance was technically fine. But he has no emotion, no soul. I forget everything he performs. He is like a sad shadow of a washed-up has-been wrapped up in extra layers of ridiculous secondhand clothing. Who is voting for him? When I'm ranking contestants, he's always the one I have to go back and check the list for because I forgot about him. . Land of Confusion 6. Adam - He didn't make me want to scoop out my eardrums with a long nail file tonight. That was a bonus. I dug the arrangement, but his performance was masturbatory crap. IT WAS JUST FUCKING BROADWAY. If he'd "meowed" at the end, I would have believed that the song was from Cats. 7. Scott - he sounds like a hollow George Michael and looks like a nervous Q-tip. He is okay, but he has no command of the performance. His voice is tinny and makes me sleepy. Goodbye already. . . Land of the Lost 8. Alexis - Wow. Talk about a chosen one taking a tumble. All the wrong changes to a solid song and scared, awkwardly timed, and bad-sounding vocals. Not good. 9. Lil - verse murderer #1. I hate it when contestants make it clear that they have only rehearsed the glory chorus and that the verse is just killing time. She dropped the ball everywhere. And the chorus was not that good. 10. WifeKiller - verse murderer #2. Now, last week, I put him high on the list because he was good. This week, he sucked asshole. He may as well have set the microphone on the floor and tapped his foot instead of singing the verses. And the chorus was awful. He screamed everything. Jeebus Price! 11. Megan Joy - well, thank God they wildcarded this treasure. |

1. Adam - yeah, that was weird, but he's got a great voice, is interesting, and entertaining... check.
2. Matt - my favorite. 3. Allison - best female singer in the bunch 4. Anoop - we all know he's not going to make it very far, but he sang that well. 5. Lil - i think she did one of my fave country songs justice 6. Kris - he sang that well, he's just so vanilla and boooooooring. 7. Danny - ugh i HATE that song. 8. Alexis - she sang that way too slow, she sucks. 9. Mike - obviously not a performer 10. Scott - i want to love him, but he's just not up to this i'm afraid. 11. Megan - i hate her voice. *edited because i was going to agree with Ann Margret Thatcher's picks, but then decided that i couldn't bring myself to put Megan up that high. :)

Well, I had to think about this because I did not know what to make of Adam at first.
Finally... 1. Adam Lambert - yes, original and exquisitely done DOES beat following the rules. Even if he camped it to high heaven. 2. Kris - Competence is refreshing. This cast is awful. 3. Snoop - See Kris. 4. Matt - Serviceable. 5. Allison - was pretty good. 6. Scott - barely competent. 7. Lil - uncomfortable. 8. Danny - great chorus, AWFUL verse. AWFUL. Overpimped idiot. 9. Alexis - Was a mess. 10. Mike - Could not understand a word he sang. 11. Megan - GO. AWAY. Brain: DialIdol says it's Alexis. About five people deserve to go home. Heart: Megan. GO. AWAY. Gut: I think they might dump Scott. There's not much growth potential. |

1. Matt Giraud - So Small (Amazing voice, and great arrangement. Best of the night, but not by much.)
2. Kris Allen - To Make You Feel Love (Easily one of the best last night. Love that he keeps things simple. Makes it sweeter.) 3. Allison Iraheta - Blame It On Your Heart (Delivers yet again an above average performance which was enjoyable.) 4. Anoop Desai - Always On My Mind (Good performance, albeit boring.) 5. Megan Joy - Walkin' After Midnight (She sounded great even with the flu, so I could only imagine how she would have done without the illness.) 6. Daniel Gokey - Jesus, Take The Wheel ( at the bright lights to make the performance seem epic. Again, vocally
good, but it just feels weird to watch him perform.)
7. Scott MacIntyre - Wild Angels (Best vocal performance of him in my opinion, but still outdone by others.) 8. Adam Lambert - Ring of Fire (That was rather... bizarre. I actually like it only because it showcased his voice without being shrieky.) 9. Michael Sarver - Ain't Goin' Down Till The Sun Comes Up (Vocally it was ok, but it didn't look like he was comfortable performing.) 10. Alexis Grace - Jolene (Boring, and it's like she only learned about two lines of the song.) 11. Lil Rounds - Independence Day (What an abortion of a performance.) Brain: Scott, Megan, Alexis Heart: Lil, Scott, Alexis Gut: Alexis gets the lowest number of votes but the judges save her.

Anyway: 1) Anoop - it looked like he needed that kick in the ass Simon gave him last week 2) Kris - competent; first time he didn't hit any notes that made my ears wince 3) Matt - at least he held back on the runs this week 4) Megan - even with the flu, still sounded better than most; get well soon 5) Allison - only because the others weren't as good 6) Lil - although I'm happy she didn't belt, still wasn't good; BTW, STFU judges for suggesting IWALY or HDIL 7) Scott - still a mediocre at best vocalist 8) Danny - Jesus, I hate that song; however, based on last night, he's not at the bottom 9) Michael - I couldn't understand a word he was singing 10) Alexis - I'll take Brooke's version over this anyday 11) Adam - most indulgent POS I've ever heard on the AI stage; go away please Brain: Michael/Alexis/Lil Heart: Adam/Danny/Scott Gut: Michael/Megan/Alexis |
