If they ever do, its the final episode, and i even doubt that. Hes too integral to the story. His the flip side of the coin of Locke, always has been. Hes the face of rationality and disbelief and man of action that we as an audience need, and that is not filled by any other character. If he dies, then that means Locke is off the show too...and losing both characters, the arch of the show takes a humongous hit. When we met Ben in season 2, somewhere in the 2004 timeline....he either had memories of Sawyer, Julite, etc in 1977 Dharma...or didnt. We dont know yet. If we see young Ben having huge important interaction with Sawyer, Juliet, etc...that means when we first met him he ALWAYS had memories of them. It wouldnt be a new thing. We just didnt know it at the time. Everything we have seen these time travlers do (except for a couple of Faraday/Desmond related stuff) was not new stuff creating new timelines and new memories...it had always happened that way. I think you're the one who misunderstands. I agree with you, and get it. No big deal, whatever happens will happen.......

In fact, weve seen the Island time and time again using its force to prevent characters from doing things they arent supposed to do. So while it may be true that Faraday is wrong about saying the past/future can never be changed from what its supposed to be, you do admit that there is a strong force out there preventing these characters changing it, right? Also the same force guiding them to events they are supposed to take place in, right?

As for "whats the point of Jin"...i dont see why just because we thought he had died doesnt mean he cant really die. I think the whole "point" of keeping him alive this long was to have a good reason to get Sun back on the Island. She is. So whats his point now? They can still have that anticipated reunion, talk about their son... They have a son now too?!?!? = O

He's done his 180 degree turn-about. He's finally happy, in love with Juliet. His edit this season has taken on a softer edge. I think he'll die & we won't be seeing him brought back to life like Locke. All I can think of is how STH refused to call him Sawyer once we learned his name was James & now all he's called on the show is James or Jim. And STH insisted that James & Jack would become great friends which will probably happen before his death.

Well, the sources are reporting that at the end of Season 3, Matthew Fox and Malcolm David Kelley filmed a secret scene that would be used in the Series Finale. This was to overcome any issues of the actor playing Walt (Malcolm David Kelley) from aging too much. Now the various reports don't make it clear if this is the end scene of Lost or just a scene from the Series Finale. They also say that this was done to throw off the spoiler hunters so that they may have thought it was just some random or deleted scene. If this is true then not only do the actors and writers know the ending but also the crew who filmed the scene. If we get any more info on this I'll pass it on. This is solely based on my thinking his mother has lied to him. One spoiler at DarkUfo says >> Hawking will return and she is someone from the island (most likely Ellie) plus she will do something that will shock us<<. It would be quite shocking if she had something to do with the death of her son. Hawking states that what ever happens happens...and yet she sure seems to be in the middle of making SURE some things happen. That in itself makes no sense to me.
