There are a couple problems I have with Erinn's edit that keep her from being in my top 3 (although, she essentially is in a 4-way tie with JT/Brendan/Tyson for 3rd at the moment. They all have problems that I can't seem to shake). Her first episode was definitely alright considering Jalapao went to TC, but I still only gave her a UTR for it. Looking back, I think it's because the only real thing we learned about her was that she was a hairdresser who wasn't cut out for Survivor's physical stuff (or something to that effect). This still hasn't gone anywhere. We really don't have any commentary from anyone as to how Erinn is surviving the elements. I expect for this to come up eventually if Erinn wins.

Episode two, Erinn seemed to be almost entirely excluded from post-TC discussions. She made her one comment about the original plan and that was it. We didn't really even get a solid sense of her relationship with Candace that episode. It seems odd that in the episode which booted someone she spent so much time with we were given almost nothing of her thought process. However, despite all this, I gave her an MOR due to her TC question, which I thought was pretty big (and was in the extreme minority).

Episode three/four, I don't think I have any qualms with her edit. It built her up as a character and we got to know who she was and what she was thinking. A lot of episode three was about Coach and episode four seemed to tie in directly with Tyson.

Now, episode five, all we get is Erinn commenting on Coach.

I feel like a lot of the complexity in her edit has been tied directly to comments from Coach and Tyson, which worries me for a winner. It is possible that they're just setting her up to blindside them and then she goes on to win. Also, like JT and Brendan, there are times when she could've explained herself more thoroughly (or at all) but she wasn't given the chance to speak to the audience. I still don't really know where Erinn stands game-wise or much of who she is. This is why I don't think she's any more viable than JT/Brendan/Tyson.

If one of the many Erinn supporters would like to explain to me what makes her edit special in comparison, I'd love to be edumacated.

ETA: SurvivorLeo, Probst's comments that aren't edited in the episode, sadly, are not edgic. Even if we knew Probst hated Stephen/Sierra, edgically, they'd stil have to be at the top of our lists. But talking out-of-edgic for a second, Probst seems to love JT, Tyson, and Coach for varying reasons. I doubt he'd think the viewers would love Coach or Tyson, so that leaves JT? Maybe Stephen? Who knows.
