I LOVE the Potty Dance commercial ( brilliant ad agency, btw...though I may have seen a similar theme on Two and a Half Men when Charlie was the drunk kiddy
concert guy)...

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet or if it's only in Canada, but good god. There is some commercial I keep seeing on every channel for some
instant Uncle Ben's Rice, and anyway some woman comes running into the kitchen in leggings/tights and a bra and rips open the package and pours it into a
bowl and runs off to god knows where (probably to finish dressing).. But anyway, the thought of someone eating a mean in a bra and tights make me want to
vomit.

I FUCKING HATE THE NEW OLD NAVY COMMERCIALS. Old Navy commercials usually annoy me at first until whatever song they are using gets stuck in my head, but the
new ones with the talking mannequins annoy the fuck out of me and have no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I especially hate the guy at the end who says
"he's got a good head on his shoulders" or whatever the fuck it is. SEETHING OLD NAVY HATRED!!! </3 </3

I've seen that stupid McDonald's Fish Filet commercial with the singing fish on the wall about 20 times today, mostly on Fox. It is a horribly
annoying song, and that guy with the beard nodding along is both creepy and stupid. Not to mention the fact that I don't think I would trust a fish filet
from any fast food restaraunt, let alone McDonald's.
The Potty Dance lightened my mood that the death fish caused though. |

I'm hating all Ads. PLEASE show me, just once, an intelligent, successful, attractive white guy in ANY Ad. What's the deal with the denigrating of
all white males. It's blatant, but since the white males won't riot, no one says or does anything about this. If any other group was depicted in this
way, there would be blood in the streets. We need honesty in advertising, instead we're getting la-la lands pc interpretation of reality. Enough is enough!
I haven't seen a white male as the intelligent boss, caring friend, judge, lawyer, leader, whatever for years now, and it's gone from the ridiculous to
the sublime.

White males get pounded upon, but I notice that in cellphone commercials, they're portrayed as being quirky, but responsibly loving parents.
I wonder if this is because it is the father of the family that will actually pay for the family cellphone contract? Hmmm? Anyhow, Microsoft's running a brilliant series of ads with kindegartners doing all kinds of complex stuff on their computers -- assembling individual pix into a panorama, for example. Except for the one with the kid editing a stop action film on his computer with tigers mauling and violently killing other animals. This kid is fucked in the head, and will certainly grow up to be a serial killer. Amidst all these cute tykes doing cute things, why toss in a Dexter with no Code of Harry? |

I love that Boost Mobile commercial with the girl riding the bike and the armpit hair flowing behind her. Awesome.
I also love the singing fish McDonalds commercials because the fish keeps saying "Gimme that fish." My dog has a stuffed fish and we always say that to her when we're playing. She'll pick up the stuffed fish and run around with it. I'm at school so I don't get to play with her very much but it reminds me of her. <3 |
