Thoughts during the episode
-I probably said this last week, but seeing Corinne say she had no chance of winning a jury vote in the recap makes wonder a tad about the possibility of her being another Dave who shocks everyone by winning a jury vote. If she makes it to the F2 then yeah we should look out for it, but I don't think it'll happen, as she's been way more OTT then Dave was at this point, and you even said that Dave would have been more OTT and less CPish if he hadn't won.
-Heh, Corinne says Dan/Charlie are a bromance, and then it cuts to them bathing together.
-Ken may have spoken too soon about his plans to GC, not too smart to try to get him to vote out Crystal
-Nothing from the Kota tribe before TC, about a 'vote' or anything?
-Temptations to leave the game, looks like Corinne will take it since she hates the game
- Yep, Corinne is gone.
-No merge buffs, but at camp together, hmm...
-Interesting, Corinne said she gave Ace the idol, yet no one seems to realize it.
-What the heck, why would Charlie want to boot Marcus over Jacquie? Umm isn't it obvious that Marcus is more likely to be loyal then Jacquie?
-Randy/Crystal seem to feel pretty confident right now that they're in control, so perhaps one from their group goes home next
-Hmm, sit out of the challenge to eat, or play in it, it's hard to tell who should or shouldn't do it. Ace is like the only person that really shouldn't be a target, and even if he was it might benefit him more to be a target and use an idol on the other 5.
-Not so surprising to see people from Ace's crew only taking the food.
-Wow, Crystal won immunity, I thought for sure half the people had gone over
-Almost nothing from the Fang allinace so far...
-Ok, so Fang wants Dan to go home, and Jacquie to waste her vote. Kota wants Randy to go home from GC/Crystal.... I'm not sure who's going to come out on top yet, about to read TC to
-lol, GC claims a tie vote is from Paloma betraying the tribe
-Well obviously the vote is going to be a tie with how many pages of the episode are left.
-Yep a tie vote the first time.
-Time to pick a rock, a 4 out of 7 chance that one of Kota leaves. I'm kind of hoping Jacquie leaves.
-Whoa, Marcus, I guess that kind of makes sense, given that his story with Jacquie & Bob is over now.
-Just now realized this looking at the final vote, but I'm a bit surprised that both alliances of 5 had an even number of people from the original tribes, 2 original Kotas, and 3 original Fangs.

COMMENTS & QUESTIONS
(A) What did you think of this episode? Please be as detailed as you can, wherever possible.
I was surprised how quick they went to TC, but could see Corinne quitting once Jeff offered the bribe, and was disappointed in losing her. The outcome of the episode however felt kind of obvious for a lot of it, like them merging at the next challenge, Corinne taking the bribe, the vote coming down to a 5-5 tie purple rock draw.

I just... don't see it in Charlie & Dan's characters to stick around in a minority for long. Either they're going home soon, or they're going to turn the tables soon, and I'm thinking it's the turning the tables option. Also, with my underdog winner theory from the preseason, I just don't see any of the Kota alliance people having what it takes to be an underdog winner, the fang alliance however definitely has lots of people with underdog potential in their character if they lose control of the game. I mean how could one of the eaters win a jury vote now? How could GC win if his Fang alliance all go home next and he has to go up against someone from the Kota alliance? How can Crystal win if her #1 ally might be willing to throw her under the bus, and her Fang alilance might be willing to throw her #1 ally under the bus?

Fang is going to lose control of the game soon enough, but not necessarily lose the war.

1. Charlie (I guess he's still the best choice, though he makes me nervous in a 'too obvious' to be it way)

2. Dan (Seems like he's recovered from being too visible too soon)

3. Randy (Starting to look too N to be the winner, he's begining to become a dark horse pick)

4. GC (He's the dark horse right now, who could win if the rest of his Fang alliance gets wiped out and he has to go up against a tougher Kota person in the F2. His problems however are he's still looking too MORish to me, but that could change next episode based on the preview)

2) Based on Edgic, which Survivor(s) do you think are not eligible to be the winner, and are therefore "eliminated?"
-Paloma (Too many INV's, and very low visibility UTR episodes before the swap)
-Crystal (Looks like a definite distraction with all of her early 4's and 5's, and I mean you don't start out super visible then cool down more and more each episode if you're teh winner, which is what she's basically doing)
-Jacquie (Too quiet overall, got a 1 visibility in episode #1)
-Ken (Too quiet with a 1 visibility in ep#1. He always just feels like he's kind of 'there', but with a slight negative tone, and his role seems to just be being Randy's sidekick in the story, not to win it)

Not looking good
-Ace (He's become a big N distraction, even if Randy becomes a N distraction for him it's too late, the winner shouldn't get 2 CPN5's in a row in episodes 5 & 6)
