Good observation. What is so difficult to wrap your head around this dude, people? It's a guy with an unruly mop of hair and a warbly voice singing. Yes he happens to be seeing impaired. At least he isn't soul impaired like a lot of you, who rips on someone who hasn't displayed any of the affectations or arrogance of people with half his abilities. Granted he isn't the best singer or peformer, but at least he got out there and did his thing. I admit I had a morbid fascination at first. Then he butchered parts of Mandolin Rain and I cringed a bit. But after it was over, I was like, wow, he tried to give it his all.
