Everytime I say something negative you come out for me like sharks. I thought that if I was positive you would lay off of me. Neither has worked so I'm going to keep my mouth shut. Oh, today's show was interesting though. Whoopi said that if a woman hits a man then it's alright for him to hit her back. Converse and enjoy. He/she should only respond physically to stop the other party from hitting him or her again and/or to defend themselves if the other party continues the assault. If there is a chance to leave then that is always what should be done, followed by a call to the police if it is warranted.

I wasn't sure if they were alleging Riana hit him first or if they had any knowledge that happened. The photos of her look awful but he didn't have any apparent injuries.

So if the couple is the same size then whatever. But if the other person is small enough that you can restrain them easily you don't hit back. You don't give someone a black eye, that's never acceptable.

If a woman slaps a man, she might expect a slap back. But what often happens is a hard punch. And a another hard punch. And a kick. And another kick. The force of a woman "beating on a man" most often doesn't come close to what she gets in return. And yes, women should perhaps remember that before they start the violence. But in the heat of the moment, that may not happen. The man may need to be the "stronger" one by walking away.
