I've never participated in brain/heart/gut threads, but Stefan is who I think will win, and Carla is who I fervently hope will win. It's been really fun to watch her over the last few months, from her early days as a loveable nut whom most people discounted to a gracious and talented forerunner. She doesn't have the stats that Stefan does, but she has "soul" and, as was pointed out by the judges, Stefan may be lacking there. I'm going to be very sad next Wednesday night at 10. eta: Cousin Oliver, nice to see you back!

I mean she doesn't have the chef skills. Sorry, This TOP CHEF, not TOP COOK. Altho I really enjoy Carla and her culinary lovin' she really is not a
"chef." more like a VERY GOOD cook.
Don't hate me because I have an opinion. I hate Hose, too. Stefan really deserves the win because of his consistency and his skills. See Hung. |

Just because Stefan maybe is more experienced skill wise and has won more challenges doesn't necessarily make him the "better" chef. And it all
depends on how you define better anyways. I think Carla has definitely grown the most during the competition. She started in the middle of the pack with a few
spouts of greatness and then sort of lost confidence and screwed up a couple challenges and found herself in the bottom JUST like both Hosea and Stefan did at
some point as well. None of the F3 are perfect. They have all been in the bottom 3 at least once. But the last 4-5 episodes Carla has stepped up her game more
than anyone. I think she is the strongest heading into the end game.
